Furniture Village - Straiton Omdömen 

After visiting several shops, I realised that the best mattress was at Furniture Village. I needed just the mattress but I bought also a fantastic ottoman bed because it was so 😍 beautiful and at a great price for its quality! A lot of choices and very good prices. A special thank you to Mark, knowledgeable and kind, who guided us to find the right mattress. Karen, from customer service, who was able to arrange the perfect delivery slot and Jon and Brian who delivered my bed and assembled it in no time. Excellent experience for me. Definitely recommended!!! Many thanks.

The Jayden TV unit we order came but the size wasn’t correct the overall length size of the unit stated 185cm but the unit came 159cm .. which was too small for our needs .. we actually bought the matching table and chairs .. I spoke to customer care .. hopefully I get a resolution of the correct size of unit .. disappointing for my wife who was very specific in the shop about our size requirements.

Jordan Woods was very professional explaining the range that we liked and what styles they did on the computer when it was'nt for show in the shop we had orginally went to the Staigten park to go to another shop but we went into furniture village to have a look and was impressed with the stuff and Jordans eperience that we went back and purchased 3 items.

Jon and Brian were brilliant on delivery and even corrected an error from a previous sofa delivered.

I love everything about my sofa, features are perfect for my lifestyle. Process of buying was easy and simple from start to finish- the female saleswoman (I think her name was Amy?) was really helpful and knowledgeable in particular.
