Furniture Village - Stevenage Omdömen 

Dealt with with Michael Hackworthy who was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure applied whatsoever and encouraged me to compare with the competition (which I did). Although never cheap, the quality and salesmanship won the day for me.

A lovely member of staff a gentleman named Philip was very helpful and patient.

Sales service was incredible, installation of our 2 products was fast but damage was caused to our ceiling which am least impressed. Spoke to customer services sent pictures as requested but have heard nothing, shame.

Billy was very helpful. He quickly understood the problem and responded quickly with an email advising next steps, so all good so far.

fantastic customer service we went to Stevenage branch to look for reclining armchairs we was looked after by Michael we was offered Coffee and cookies I’m in a wheelchair we was made very welcoming the chairs were on the ground floor but a lift is available if we wanted to to go upstairs we was allowed to sit in snd test out the reclining chairs and shown colour swatches Michael showed us how the recliner works he explained about a care plan for the chairs he was very patient and we left happy with an order in place and looking forward to our delivery highly recommended store

Have recently bought a new flat, and needed to find a new bed. Went in store and spoke to Michael who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He showed me several beds and explained the benefits of each one. Amazing customer service in helping me choose a bed!

This was our second store to find a bed. Edward was very efficient, had indepth knowledge of all the products and was also very patient.
The store is very hot upstairs and could be rather off putting.

The sales consultant Robert Medina was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and wasn’t pushy. The sale was very easy and efficient.

Phil was amazing - he listened to what I wanted and was really helpful in showing me all my options. His patience was outstanding as I was very unsure as to what I actually needed and I think I tried every bed in the showroom but taking his advice got the right result. The same applies to the lounge furniture and I’m extremely pleased with everything I eventually purchased.

When I visited your store I wandered around freely without sales personnel hovering around which was very different from the other stores I had visited.
When I finally found the chairs I decided to buy I was served by Edward who was very pleasant and helpful. Overnight I had decided I wasn't 100 percent happy with the colour scheme I had chosen. As I had 48 hours to change my mind I went back into the store and was seen by a female assistant who was also very helpful and changed my order. I am very happy with my experience of the stevenage store. Im awaiting on delivery.

We found the Venezia TV unit online, but were keen to see it in store as the online pics of the Walnut version didn't show the finish clearly. Spoke to Phil in the Stevenage Branch who confirmed that it wasn't on display in stores however he confirmed that another store had a sample of the walnut finish and a visit there confirmed it looked stunning.
It took a little longer to decide on a sofa and footstool to add to the order but as soon as we sat on the Primrose range which is incredibly comfortable, has reversible cushions with a 5 yr plumpness guarantee, decision made, but in what colour? Ordering free sample swatches online, meant after a few days we were ready to place the order. We could have placed it online but preferred to return to the Stevenage store where Crina looked after us very well and made sure our delivery could be timed to suit our move to a new house at the beginning of October. We were delighted with the quality and price of the items we chose and the excellent service received from both Phil and Crina. Thank you!
