Amed was incredibly welcoming, patient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has a brilliant sense of humour and made the whole experience relaxed, easy and genuinely enjoyable. There was never any pressure or feeling that we were being rushed into making a decision.

His experience and knowledge really stood out. He knew the products extremely well, answered all our questions and helped us choose the right sofa for us. You can tell immediately that he is very experienced and knows exactly what he’s talking about.

From beginning to finish as soon as we entered the show room fizz who by the way is absolutely amazing offered us a hot beverage.He was not over bearing,he never once done the usual salesman rubbish in fact it was me who was badgering him 😀.
Needless to say I purchased a beautiful sofa 2 chairs and even the footstool.
