Furniture Village - Ruislip Omdömen 

We went to Furniture Village not entirely sure what we wanted, which is a dangerous state to be in when surrounded by sofas. Paul Heer at the Ruislip branch somehow steered us to the right one without us feeling like we'd been sold anything. No hovering, no clipboard, no fake urgency about a sale ending Sunday. Just a bloke who clearly knows his sofas and lets you figure it out at your own pace. Rare. Five stars!

For years I have shopped from FURNITURE VILLAGE. Rajesh attended when I came looking for a tevlinet chair.
He was very helpful and gentle and thoughtful of my needs(I am 87 years old).

Having shopped before at FV I feel the staff remembers and gives very personalised service, They take the trouble to explain the differences between the products.
Secondly the have a wide choice of items.

Ranjit Virdi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient and spent a lot of time with us as we sat in just about every sofa and armchair in the store. He gave us prices on two different setups with no complaint at all and he wasn’t in the least bit pushy and didn’t rush us. I would definitely recommend both Ranjit and Furniture Village, lovely sales staff, lots of choice and a five year insurance policy that covers scratches from pets! Just perfect, thank you!
