I want to express my sincere appreciation to Bradley and Lee, who were the two Furniture Village delivery gentlemen who delivered my sofas on 21/07/2026.

They were exceptionally professional, polite, and courteous from the moment they arrived. They handled my furniture with great care, showed respect for my home, and worked efficiently as a team.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they made what had previously been a stressful experience completely hassle-free.

This delivery was in stark contrast to a previous delivery team from Dartford, who were unable to complete the delivery and returned my sofas. Today’s team demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Thanks to their expertise and positive attitude, my sofas were delivered and positioned perfectly without any issues.

Furniture Village should be very proud to have employees of such a high standard. They are a real credit to the company, and I hope their hard work, professionalism, and dedication are recognised. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to them for turning what had been a disappointing experience into a very positive one.

We walked in with no expectation to purchase anything but after seeing the quality they offer, the incredible prices and offers and the superlative level of service Ali provides. He goes above and beyond the sales pitch and actually cares for you and is genuinely one of the nicest guys. I would return to that place anytime just to have a chat with him. I ended up buying a 2 piece sofa set and an amazing table and I am exceptionally frugal by nature but this is how good the deals and the service were. I won't ever go anywhere else to buy my furniture! Highly recommended! Amazing staff, outstanding customer service, great deals and very good quality!

Nicola in the gallows corner branch was lovely, not only was she polite and professional, she actually seemed to see me and my specific needs instead of ££ signs.
She didn't hovver or pester me, and made my experience placing an order, stress free.

Ali from the Romford branch oversaw our purchase of a sofa, dining table and chairs. He was professional, knew about the products, assisted us with everything from start to finish, and truly is a credit to the company. You can see he genuinely enjoys working at the shop, and he actually allows you to shop at ease without feeling like you’re being watched and constantly pestered. Buying furniture is a big deal, and I’m so happy that we came to Furniture Village, and can’t wait to receive our items. Thank you Ali for all your help!!

We’ve just bought a beautiful sofa and dining table and chairs. The sofa has comfort and style! The dining table is marble and is so beautiful! We had Ali from the Romford Branch helping us and really looked after us. He assisted us with questions we had, helped us with our measurements and most importantly he wasn’t pushy! It was so refreshing honestly to have a salesman assist you but also give you space to have time to think and discuss and not feel pressured.
We had a great experience at this branch with Ali and would definitely go back and recommend! Not to mention he stayed overtime to help us and wasn’t rushing us either. Now I look forward to our beautiful new furniture!!
