Initial visit to the store during the weekend allowed us to browse at a leisurely pace. Dave was very attentive, but not pushy (which we appreciated). Not made to feel like we were wasting time when we asked for thinking time - again, this was a welcome change to other stores. We were delighted to return 2 days later to purchase out furniture.

We had the best experience at Furniture Village Preston today! Kevin was absolutely amazing. He helped us find the perfect sofa set for our new house, which can be delivered very soon, arranged all the insurance, and even included complimentary cleaning kits.

We also bought some lovely bar stools and couldn’t be happier with everything. The children were treated to cookies and hot chocolate, while we enjoyed a lovely coffee on the house. Such friendly, helpful service from start to finish. Thank you so much, Kevin!

I found a large selection of dining chairs I wanted to match an existing table.
The salesman was very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of the chairs I liked in relation to my dog, which had destroyed one of my original chairs.
With his help, I decided on chairs which would be easy to keep clean and be particularly durable with the dogs paws being put on the seat I use.
