Furniture Village - Online Omdömen 

My order was placed on 4th May 2026 and we were given up to 10 weeks for delivery. The delivery date seems to move weekly. We are not happy and it seems impossible to try and speak to somebody on the phone unless you want to purchase something. Very unhappy customer.

The staff near Huntley and Palmers Reading (that was) shopping area are nice but not pushy. They let you browse, which is important, and help if needed with their information. Its important to try the beds and they give you time to do that. Such a lovely shop.

I have a slightly complicated order and Cam was very helpful on the phone and explained it all to me so I understood everything. Very polite and friendly.

Very happy with the rug I bought & at an excellent price. Also the order & delivery process was quick & efficient with regular updates & arrived within the 7 days specified.

Richard and Martin were excellent. They arrived promptly within the designated time window and replaced my table. They were amazing as I was working through the whole process so they ensured there was no disruption. Great team

Order was for a lamp, a few issues with the process prior to delivery. The item dimensions online are incorrect for the width. I was told by the store assistant when we visited to check this that the size is NOT 27”. Secondly although the order process online was fine I was amazed at the £10 delivery charge and the window for delivery of 7 days. I would have expected either a free or much cheaper charge and a quicker delivery for a Simone everyday item like a lamp. I trust that when it does finally arrive I am more than pleased with the lamp itself.

Katie and the warehouse team helped fix a tricky problem that I had with my order!

For context we ordered a sofa before having the keys to the house as we should have had them in plenty of time before the sofa was due to be delivered and unfortunately the sofa was done before the keys! They ensured that I could get a part exchange as my order would have been in the warehouse for a long period of time which allowed me to get the sofa without taking their space and having to cancel the order to just then reorder 😁.

Incredible experience no pressure to buy we were given space to browse any questions were answered politely professionally and then salesperson left us to discuss the information he provided. His name was Marcelo a gentleman who knew exactly how to treat customers he was a joy to deal with 5 star service .

Great wardrobe and delivery and installation went without a hitch. Have now ordered another!

Assistant Aaron was so helpful. Answered my queries clearly and also about adding to my order. Was very pleased with the smoothness of the ordering process and 0% interest explanation.

Just ordered on the website. It was so easy and there are some good saving in the early bird sale. I have used furniture village before and they have always been great.
