Mark was very helpful and explained everything to us if he wasn't sure about anything he would ask other colleagues has he was new to the position and I must say it was a pleasure to have someone who wasn't rushing you to buy mark made us feel comfortable and would shop at furniture village again

We had an outstanding experience at Furniture Village in Nottingham thanks to Steve P! We first visited last Saturday and were met by Steve, who was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. We returned today (Friday, 7th Aug) to purchase our sofa, and he was amazing once again. He was extremely attentive, took his time to go through the entire order with us, and made sure all our measurements were spot-on. Highly recommend asking for Steve P if you visit!

Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They made us feel comfortable, never pressured us, and were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. We really appreciated all their advice and support.

When we arrived in store, we were greeted by Stuart who offered us drinks and provided us with all the help and support we needed. He guided us through the process of purchasing a sofa and made the whole experience effortless.

Decland was our advisor with purchasing a new bed at the Castle Marina shop - he knew about the type of bed I asked about and he’s was a lovely relaxed not pushy salesman - just right for me as an older person- I got exactly what I was looking for straight away so thank you Decland it was a pleasure to meet you - good luck with the house move 😎

We went to look for a sofa at Furniture Village, Stewart greeted us as soon as we entered the shop. He was very helpful, without being pushy, he listened carefully to our needs and showed us a variety of options as well as the different materials and colours that were on offer. He then left us to look around without any pressure. Then when we had decided on a particular sofa, he explained everything thoroughly to us.
We found Stewart professional and very knowledgeable about the products that are sold in the shop. Overall the whole experience was 10/10.

I met David at the Furniture Village in Nottingham. David is a great man. I wonder how he remembered my name and details of our discussion from a week ago considering the fact that he comes in contact with various people daily. He was so attentive and professional in how he handled my purchase.

Lynne was very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions

Nick was very helpful without being pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make up our minds. It was no bother to try different chairs with different tables and he gave us realistic timescales for delivery once we had made a decision.

The purchasing experience was good. Very attentive salesperson. However the low score is because we were over promised on delivery and the communication from Furniture Village was (and still is two months after the due date) nonexistent. It is incumbent on us to chase when delivery dates are continually missed. Deadline number three looming (ie tomorrow) and still no notification, I suspect another deadline will be missed.
