Our sofas arrived earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise, and it was all down to the extra effort she put in to make things happen. From the start, Tejal did an amazing job understanding our needs and recommending products that were just right for our home.

A big thank you as well to the delivery team they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care (we just wish we had asked for their names!).

Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with Irina at the furniture village today. She was extremely helpful and patient with us and our purchase of a wardrobe. She provided amazing customer service always putting our needs first.

Having spent the last 25 years in the UK, Peter is one of the best salespeople I have ever met. He should have a higher position within the company and receive the best pay increases. He was amazing and very talented.

I bought 2 sofas from this company. One of which was a clearance item which they insisted needed to stay on the shop floor for 3 weeks until they received a replacement sofa. I was reassured that the sofa would not be damaged whilst on the shop floor and the salesman and I examined the sofa in detail and completed a form where he recorded that there were no marks at all on the sofa. As I was concerned about my sofa sitting on the shop floor for 3 weeks I was told categorically that if there were any marks on delivery these would be rectified.

When the sofa arrived there was a divot cut out from the arm of the sofa. I contacted customer service who requested photos. I sent them off.

3 weeks later I had not heard back so I contacted customer services again and was told that I should have had a call confirming that they felt that this was a natural fault in the leather and that the store manager stated that I was told about this at point of sale (this is an outright lie). They were going to do nothing.

I clearly was not told about any mark when I bought the sofa as I would not have bought it and if there was a mark why was this not recorded on the form?

This sofa has been missold and the customer services team offered no support at all. I requested to speak to a customer services manager and was told that they woukd not discuss this with me.

I will be following up with trading standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

Went to furniture village to get a dining set then we met this sales consultant called Maurizio very nice man, we went in for one thing but we left with two items. His customer relations was great, he’s got that patience because we are not sure what to get because there is a lot of options to pick. But with his input it was amazing and look after us in terms of pricing. I Love going to furniture village because they have stuff for home Decor and they are lovely.

Tejal assisted me with my sales, she was very professional and made my experience that I would be happy to come back.

The showroom is lovely.. the staff very helpful and full of knowledge.
The issues started afterwards.. it began with roughly a 3 week delay on our furniture.. a pain as we had moved house and were desperate for it.. but these things happen..
Next the furniture arrives at 7 am Sunday morning.. no problem.. but all chairs are missing .. they’ve lost them .. can’t find them anywhere.. 2 weeks later they find them in a storage container evidently.
The chairs arrived but the scratched glass lamp table still remained an issue. The morning delivery of the replacement lamp table arrived and .. get a call to say they are coming to build it ! I didn’t need it building so nothing arrived. The next delivery is booked and guess what .. they’ve lost it! Another 2 weeks pass and it finally turned up.
Now overall they were all nice girls and guys that I dealt with .. but there’s issues delivery warehouse end .. it appears to be organised chaos.

We ordered two items from the store and was told it would arrive in 5-7 working days.
We got one of the items come about 10 days after purchase and the second item has never arrived.
