I received excellent customer service from Nadia, Sales Consultant at the High Wycombe branch. She was approachable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. She was honest and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her and will visit the store again.

You had a good range of furniture and we found what we were looking for. Your representative was then very helpful about the options available and any necessary extras.

Marky was in my view what every sales person should be polite cheerful helpful but remaining in the background until required. He was able to answer all our questions and give advice on all options we were looking at. A very satisfying experience.

Ordering experience in-store was easy, couldn’t have been more than 15 mins. Accommodated our need to reschedule our delivery after our completion date moved (thanks Stewart!). Also shoutout to Joe and JT who delivered our sofas in a timely manner, built with care, and took away the cardboard boxes and all the other rubbish with them. Can’t fault the service. On top of that, the sofas are lush, high quality and definitely feels like it will last us a long time

Nadia was very patient as I tried out every mattress in the store. She contacted the various manufacturers to ask about a non-standard size, and when I did choose the right mattress, she included a 'bespoke' pillow for free.
