Very helpful &pleasant staff

Friendly welcome when entering the store. Good knowledge of stock as took us to the item looking for. Offered tea and cookie while we were looking at sofa.
Good manner with us as we talked through options.
Overall, very pleasant experience with Alif Qureshi.

The salesman Andy Brown was very polite and friendly. He lead us through the whole sales process quickly and efficiently.

Kiran from Customer Care Team was very polite and efficient.

Darhys Nugent at furniture village gillingham store was unbelievably friendly and helped us to make the choices in regard to our sofas and dining set. He went above and beyond, even carrying different chairs downstairs so we could see the fabric of the dining chairs against our sofas so we were sure on the correct colour match. It was a no pressure sale and he secured us a very good deal for our new furniture. He went through everything in fine detail so we really understood our purchase and finance. Darhys also went through the care packages and this made us feel more at ease. Would recommend Darhys for his amazing customer service and all round friendly approach. Thank you for your service today.

This is the second delivery from you and the same lads delivered both times excellent service and great customer service service from them

Clive was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas we were interested in. He also made some useful suggestions which helped us with our decisions. Thank you Clive.

We purchased a new suite. Clive the sales adviser was very friendly and hospitable. He was very knowledgeable on the ranges of suites and gave us plenty of time to look around and try some out. We had a very relaxed and pleasurable experience without any pressured sales. Thank you 😊

Very approachable gentleman.

From start to finish great experience. Had last corner settee for 15 years . Hoping this one lasts as long and looks as good.

I recently had some furniture delivered and unfortunately noticed that my sideboard had been damaged. I contacted the Gillingham branch, and they got back to me the very same day.

Later that day, I spoke with Amber from the Gillingham branch. She was polite, professional and extremely helpful, quickly arranging a replacement sideboard for me.
I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

The delivery men were awful. The one that did most of the assembly of the table has scratched the metal legs of the table with an Allen key. All he was oncerned with was my wife and I leaving him a five star review as if he received a certain number he would get a day off work ! He almost bullied my wife and I into scanning his business card q r code there and then and pressing the five stars, we didn't do it. Then when the delivery men left we found a large number of discarded cable ties from packaging nd at least 10 Allen keys from assembly just dumped on the driveway. Not impressed with th service and probable won't shop with Furniture Village again

Paul who just sold us a 2 seater electric recliner and chair was absolutely reassuring and very helpful on information we asked definately shop there again

The experience on Gillingham (Darhys Nvyat – Sales Consultant) was really nice as I was served quickly and profesional.I did not wait too long.

The Staff were very helpful. They showed all options for our new Sofa. The purchase was quick and easy and the delivery was ahead of schedule. Probably the most comfortable and practical sofa and recliner i have ever sat on. Thanks you Furniture Village.

Didn’t feel pressured. Was left to look round the store but help was there when I needed it. Support was provided by friendly and knowledgeable staff member Darhys.

Clive (Hollis) made our purchase experience really easy at the Gillingham store yesterday. He gave us good advice and suggestions. Really helpful, he never put us under pressure and we felt he understood our needs. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
