Natalie was very pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful

No pressure by sales lady (Rosie). She had an easy questioning technique (good people skills) and guided us in the direction of articles suitable to the size of our room. She left us alone to study alternatives, provided us with colour guides. After we made a choice we were taken professionally through the purchase process. A pleasant experience.

Great service both in store and delivery. No hard sell in store and everything explained re delivery,fabrics and product cover. Delivery was on time and all went smoothly.

Lovely product. Poor communication from store. We called them a number of times for updates which they gave reluctantly.

We paid a visit to Furniture Village in Metro retail park after checking multiple shops over the year we sat down with Rosie Atkinson explained what we were after and what sizes we had to play with, she explained everything clearly to us and showed us different options within the shop. We had eyes set on one and she showed us the colours available we could have. With great customer service and polite and whole lot of background knowledge we finally found the sofa we wanted and purchased there and then thanks to Rosie. Can't wait until it arrives. Will definitely recommend people to come to you and ask / purchase. Thanks again for everything you said to us and my Son loved his cookies. =)

I started looking on line saw what I wanted a sofa and 2 armchairs with recliners but unsure of colour
Went to shop to try sitting on it and chose a colour
I ordered swatches to match a carpet

Dianne made us feel very welcome without being pushy, she assured us she was there for help if needed. We asked questions and she knew everything we needed to know. A great friendly service, would highly recommend and would definitely ask for Diane if shopping in the metrocentre store again

When a manufacturer fault developed on our suite, the company managed the situation impeccably with everything focused on putting things right.

We now have a brand new suite after a silky smooth process and I am eternally grateful to the central customer services team and Nick at the Gateshead store who advised and supported me throughout.
