Delivery on time with good updates. Delivered and assembled with care. All packaging removed. Very happy.

The way the team handled the delivery and collection. Both friendly and polite and were very helpful with regards to location and assembly.

I had problems with the quality of the table and a chair that I’d bought from Furniture Village, the table had small dents in the wooden top and one of the six chairs was badly made and showed baggy leatherwork. I was extremely disappointed as the dining set was expensive and I was so excited to have bought such a gorgeous suite, only to be let down by faulty goods. CAROL in the customer care section of Furniture Village saw instantly that I was genuinely upset by the experience and totally took up my concerns and dealt with every worry in a professional and empathetic way, giving me the peace of mind that I needed. She arranged to get the two faulty items replaced with copious amounts of apology for the upset it caused me. I cannot recommend her enough. She is an asset to the company as is Michael the salesman and Luke the delivery driver, both being unaware and equally disappointed that the goods were not up to their usual standard. I look forward to receiving perfect replacements and having my faith restored in the company.

Ali and Paul informed us of their arrival. On arrival they were polite and professional. They left the house free of packaging . Credit to Furniture Village .

Regular updates on delivery time by email and text, time slot given was very accurate and turned up exactly as stated. Ali and Paul the delivery guys were very polite, friendly and professional, a great experience from start to finish!

A very smooth experience from ordering to delivery. Our sofas were delivered on time and put together by Ali and Ricky who were both friendly and professional.

The two young men were courteous and they removed the old sofas and set up the new ones, they also removed the protective covers.

Delivery Specialists Ali & Ricky were lovely, polite and friendly. Sofa is of good quality and looks great. Only downfall was the time it took to get here, told 10-12 weeks and it took 15, and there was no communication about it.i tried to phone several times and left messages but never got a call back, when I eventually spoke to someone it was all sorted out.

I truly cannot speak highly enough of Furniture Viilage, special thanks to Ali & Ricky, who delivered my beautiful bed this morning, which I purchased from your Wessex Gate retail Park, Dorset store.
The bed is so beautiful, pale oyster, longing to sleep on it now, its just perfect. I love it so much., but again I must reiterate my thanks to Ali & Ricky for their help, kindness and understanding.. Thanking you does not seem enough !! Big Big hugs to you. Miss England xx

Faultless service! I was kept up-to-date on delivery times, and the sofa was built and set up by two very polite professionals, Rob and Joe.

We knew exactly what sofa we were looking for and, after experiencing pushy sales people in other stores, it was so nice to walk into furniture village, find exactly what we wanted without having any extras or finance pushed onto us. We were given an accurate timeline for delivery and kept updated with date and times. Ali & Ricky delivered and were friendly and efficient. Overall a very easy experience.
