Furniture Village - Cambridge Omdömen 

I've used Furniture village on a couple of occasions now and it was mostly an enjoyable experience, I say mostly because the 2 salesman that I have dealt with were both professional, knew the products inside out and were really nice guys, the issue I have is with the delivery fee after spending a great deal of money I'm then expected to stump up a delivery fee as well, think it's better if you do away with it or bury it in the price so it's more transparent, than a customer going through it all to be told at the end that another £70 odd has been added on for delivery. I've been elsewhere and the delivery fee has been knocked off. Would it stop me from buying from you again, quite possibly.

Bought a dining room table with my partner, in shop in Cambridge. I like that there was no hard sell and we got a slightly better deal with chairs/bench after taking to Peter.

I was met by one John who took time and helped me decide on a dining table set. He listened as together we tried to figure out what could work for me. His suggestions of colour and style were appealing. In the end, I was happy with my final decision and I have decided to buy more furniture from same store. I look forward to decorating my space with more of furniture village....

Very good experience, no hard sale, just given the information we asked for. Azzdean was very professional and we went away before we came back to order the sofas. Did not feel pressurised into buying.

Thank you Paige F for sorting my issue. My recliner has a manufacturer fault since arrival and is being replaced. She was very quick to find an agreeable solution. I hope the replacement is problem free.

Great products but just as importantly great sales staff. We were extremely impressed by Mo’s wealth of knowledge and his kind and gentle manner. He was highly professional and he is a great asset to the company as is Azzdean who also helped us on one of our three visits before buying a dining room table, chairs and a sideboard. I can not recommend Furniture Village and its staff highly enough.

Quality of material , reasonable price

When things go wrong with Furniture Village - especially in Cambridge - they look the other way. Service is appalling and they do not take any form of criticism seriously. I have now placed 4 reviews and someone send a 'no reply' message and that's all that happens. So I would definitely not use Furniture Village and especially not Cambridge.

We met Stephen Wong a couple of times and he looked after us well and was able to answer our questions and make good suggestions.
We were glad to have a deal with him.

We were very happy with our visit to Furniture Village in Cambridge. Azzdean Seffras served us and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did not pester us but kept leaving us to look round and to try out different chairs and sofas, helping us when we needed guidance about how things worked. Azzdean also explained delivery and storage as well as finance. We ended up buying a sofa and may go back for a chair. The coffee was good too!

I’ve been looking for a corner sofa that would fit my space for a while and went to check out the primrose in the show room before buying. Steve greeted me and was excellent in every way; knowledgable, friendly, patient, helpful and most importantly not pushy unlike other big furniture shops. We have purchased the sofa and waiting for it to arrive now. Very happy with my decision and would highly recommend Furniture Village and Steve to others, it’s so unusual these days to get such great service.

It wasn't a definite plan to purchase when we went to Furniture Village, Cambridge but we were looking at new sofas. Azzdean greeted us when we entered the store but left us to look around without interrupting. When we found something we liked, Azzdean was very helpful, providing information, fabrics etc. Again, no hard sell, just giving us the information we needed. When we decided to buy, the process was quick and efficient. A great experience all round.

Peter (Cambridge store) was very helpful from start to finish. He wasn’t pushy at all but helped us to decide on different options for a table and chairs.
He let us take our time and was very down to earth and friendly
Great customer service

Excellent service throughout. Bought a suite but next day decided to change the colour. This went so smoothly and was no hassle. Very impressed.

We were not hassled in the shop at all, but when we neaded help from Ben Ross and later from Steve Wong, they were both very helpful and competant. They helped us make a choice that we are very pleased with.
