There was a huge choice of sofas and chairs. We were not hassled by sales persons or pressured in any way. When we did need help it was available. The free coffee and cookies while we were choosing was a definite bonus!

The lady who served us, Liz Deane went above and beyond to help us. She gave us coffee and cookie, and made us feel we had as long as we needed. She did not put us under pressure to buy anything, and she knew the answer to all of our questions. She was struggling with the system playing up, but dealt with it professionally. Liz made our experience totally positive.

Great staff who are attentive and informative, and readily available to help. We got a great chair for a good price in the sale.

The people at furniture village were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction to sort out the issue we were having. I spoke to Sandeep in customer services who was polite, helpful and arranged an appointment with the technical team to sort out our issue with the sofa.

The representative who helped us was wonderful. She answered our questions and showed us a couple options based on what we asked about. The second option was exactly what we need and she was able to order it for us to be delivered promptly.

It has been a pleasant shopping experience at the Abingdon showroom today. We could see and try all the power recliner sofas and dining sets shortlisted online. We have had reasonably high expectations towards quality, which we believe have been exceeded. The helpful staff guided us through the choices and purchase process attentively. The interest free payment plan is much appreciated after forking out a smaller fortune on the stamp duty. The care plan puts our mind at easy with two young children also. We cannot wait to enjoy the furniture soon!
