The Developers don't even listen to the Whales of the game anymore. They steal your money and forget about getting it back. Save your time and money and find a new game. Fun Plus messed this game up by merging all the bracket and all those playing for 6 years are now with those who have only been playing for 2 years. The powershift makes it impossible and so much wasted money now that my account is useless and weak compared to others, just because of the stupidity of the devs!

Al livello 21 il gioco diventa impossibile: attacchi continui offline distruggono la flotta e azzerano ogni acquisto. Ho speso soldi per nulla.
Ho segnalato tutto al supporto con dati precisi, ID attaccanti e registri della gilda che provano gli abusi. Zero risposta.
Il modello è chiaro: ti forzano a comprare pacchetti che perdi subito, così ricompri. Un ciclo studiato per svuotarti il portafoglio.
Soldi buttati. Supporto inesistente. Scappate.

FUNPLUS is stealing accounts, selling them, stealing them back and reselling them again. A never ending cycle. I have requested to unbind FUNPLUS because I am aware of their tactics. They are selling accounts on websites like G2G.com and others. I have shown them plenty of screenshots showing and proving I own the account they respond with lies if I do not have receipts of my purchases. I will seek to file documents on this company if needed as I have spent money on multiple accounts and I have lost 3 due to thieves and now it looks like I am possibly going to lose another one but I now know who the culprit is. Class Action.

Low quality game. Only wants your money.

I downloaded the State of Survival: Zombie War in December 2025 and played with it for 30mins and i deleted it as it doesnt interest me.
Today (2nd March 2026) i received my bank statement.
I saw that from December 2025 till 28th Feb 2026, there was like 30 transaction from them. USD4.99 deducted everytime. Sometimes even 3 transaction in a day.

Funplus (specifically for State of Survival) is so intent on making money that they seem to have forgotten all the thousands of people supplying that money. Game mechanics are okay, but event matching continues to be way off. There seems to always be at least 1 alliance that is near double the power of an opposing alliance. You know who will win before the event even takes place. FP throws one special money spending event out after another and there is so much dead code causing problems that half the time the events don't even work right. Customer support is nearly non-existent. Very little (if anything) seems to get fixed before something else goes wrong. I understand every business has a profit desire, but FP takes it to a whole new level by ignoring their customers. Many have quit the game because of the lack of support and mismatching and, truth be told, I am not far from it.

Es sind Wochen vergangen, wo ein Ticket geschrieben wurde, Antwort bis heute keine. Nach zweitem Ticket heißt es nur, man sollte auf die Antwort des ersten Tickets warten, im Grunde muss ich ja recht geben, aber eine Rückmeldung, ob es überhaupt bearbeitet wird wäre von Vorteil. Jetzt ist es Monate her und ein Spielen ist nicht möglich, Geld was man investiert hat, hätte man auch verbrennen können. Inzwischen hat sich auch herausgestellt das Mitspieler gleiche Probleme haben, aber es wird von Funplus nicht reagiert.

Mann fühlt sich ausgenommen, verspottet, es zählen nur noch Gewinne, Gewinne, bei Problemen wird man im Stich gelassen, was sich nicht nur im Spiel sonders auch in der Software widerspiegelt.

Mine Persönliche Rat ist, Finger Wech, nutzt eure Zeit lieber Real mit Freunden und spart das Geld, auch wenn sich der Spass am Anfang toll anfühlt, ihr werden später eines besseren belehrt.

Other players sent me nasty messages most related to sexual contact and abuse of my mother and threats to my physical safety...their in game reporting which I suspect is the worst AI i have seen and found no violations on many reports where they have used explicit language. I then sent manual report tickets and while they claim they want a respectful gaming experience they still have not told me how they were punished...I see their acct still online so i know they are not banned even thought they should be. Some of these players are openly violation the ToS, the criminal code in my country and many others and they are violating the law by aiding and abetting these people. They know about the situation and have not done anything to stop it. I plan on contacting a senior vp with the company named Dianne Schepers who can be reached at d*************@me.com or d*****.******@funplus.com

I purchased in-game currency from them. Within the 14-day period I asked the developer/support for a full refund (I exercised my right of withdrawal as an EU consumer). The support team refused and then stopped responding.

The seller’s Terms say purchases are final, but this cannot override EU consumer law. Despite citing Directive 2011/83/EU, the company refused to comply and was not cooperative in resolving the issue. I spent tens of € on digital items and, after following the correct procedures, received no remedy or clear explanation. Just a simple “we’re sorry, we won’t be refunding you”.

Be careful buying from them if you’re in the EU. If you change your mind later on or aren’t satisfied, getting your money back may be very difficult.

Der Support ist sehr langsam und die Rückfragen klingen, als ob man statt zu reparieren nur Zeit schinden möchte. Habe 3 Siedlungen bei SoS und die sind nicht mehr erreichbar. Seit 1 Woche wird der Fehler gesucht.

They scammed me out of money. Horrible company. I made a purchase that showed multiple items, they didn’t give me most of it and claimed those weren’t meant to be included. They refuse to make it right in any way. They were shown and still are.

DON'T PLAY ALL OF THEIR GAMES. THIS COMPANY HAS A VERY SHADY REFUND POLICY. THEY'RE SCAMMING AND STEALING FROM THEIR USERS!!

Crashes, terrible tech support. Overall just stealing money from players.
If state revenue is lower that the cost of support you aren’t important enough.

Lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Piratenspiel. Wenn man mithalten will ist man praktisch verpflichtet sehr teuere "Angebote" zu erwerben. Schlimm ist es besonders, wenn ein sehr großer Spieler dich angreift und das bis zu 20 mal in Folge. Danach sind keine Truppen mehr da und es dauert 24h bis alles wieder aufgefüllt ist. Der "Support" reagiert nie. Ein normales Spiel mit Freude ist nicht möglich. Auch gibt es sehr viele Bugs. Von der Grafik her erinnert das Spiel an eines vor gut 10 Jahren.

Ich spiele Sea of Conquest seit über einem Jahr und habe hunderte Euro investiert – aber was FunPlus hier abzieht, ist nichts anderes als organisierte Abzocke.

Cheater mit offensichtlich manipulierten Accounts (Max-Gear, Max-Helden, unnatürlicher Schaden bei schwacher Flotte) werden nicht bestraft, sondern ignoriert. Der Support reagiert mit automatisierten Textbausteinen und verweigert jede ernsthafte Prüfung – obwohl man Beweise mitliefert.

Wenn man nachfragt, bekommt man nur noch Standardfloskeln.
Die Spielerbasis wird verarscht, der einzige Fokus liegt offenbar darauf, mehr Geld aus ehrlichen Spielern zu pressen – völlig egal, ob das Spiel dadurch unspielbar wird.

Ich kann jedem nur raten:

❌ Spart euch eure Zeit
❌ Lasst euch nicht auf FunPlus-Games ein – Fairness, Transparenz und echter Support existieren hier nicht.

Nur Geld Druckerei. Scam! Unfertige Spiele die nicht weiterentwickelt werden. Bugs ohne Ende...reinste Betrügerei!

Players breaking TOS all the time. Any report is useless. Online help is just as bad. Save money by funding game gambling—abusive players and predators on these games. Absolute trash. Keep in mind; that I was a top player.

Dieses Unternehmen versucht nur schnell extrem viel Umsatz zu machen.
Der Support hält einen bei Beschwerden nur hin. Es wird nichts unternommen. Spieler können betrügen, solange sie ordentlich Geld in das Spiel investieren.
Sea of Conquest wurde Spiel das Jahres. :(
Grafik ist schön. Alles was kein Geld bringt wie Chats, wird vernächlässigt und ist auch dementsprechend fehlerhaft.
Eigentlich sehr schade, dieses Spiel wäre es wert.

Worst P2W games I have ever wasted my time on, they have games with events such as ''path of water'' where i lost 20 games in a row due to going against low life whales whom spend every last penny on these games, never ever again will I ever waste another second on games like this, may God help every last one of y'all stuck in a depression of pit where you truly believe spending and upgrading in a game like this is what will fix that empty void in your life, shame on you.
