Do not ever buy from FTD. This company has gone downhill faster than you can imagine. The product I received was not even close to what was pictured and what I ordered. Most flowers died before they even bloomed. Very disgusting. I would like a full refund.

Cheap vase and not like advertised
I was so disappointed. Bought an arrangement for my sister. 98 dollars after fees and delivery. The first delivery was absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. It was supposed to be all lavender and pink in a purple crystal cut vase. The vase was like a dollar store vase with yellow and dark red. I called and they sent her a replacement. Same cheap vase, lighter pink and purple flowers. I am so very disappointed I could cry. No use calling again.

Disappointing, died within 5 days
This was my second order of long stem roses after my first was fabulous. This second order arrived with no advance 'on the way' text only a it was delivered and left at my front door(I was clearly home). Let that go. The rose petals were already curled and browning at the edges and it was clear they ran out as one rose was significantly smaller and not long stem. Despite proper care they were dead within 5 days of delivery. I responded to a survey about this; no reply. I reached out to Customer Service which was asked before writing a review; no reply. This was overall Very disappointing particularly given my previous experience. I will not order again.

There was a false report of a friend dying, and when I tried to cancel the order, they wouldn't!! They wouldn't even CHANGE the address!!! Do NOT use this service. Go totally local.

SURPRISE MOM-IN-LAW
Very thankful that the 'flowers" arrived on the Scheduled day for my Mother-in-Law. She was definitely surprised and love the beautiful arrangement. HOWEVER - going forward please RING or KNOCK on the door 🚪 opposed to just dropping it off on the porch. Look forward to doing more business with you.....Kennedy

Ordered tulip bouquet for our anniversary a week in advance. Issues: 1. Delivered at 8pm on our anniversary. 2. Box was crushed. 3.Tulips were wilted and old. 4. Tulip stems drooped. Contacted customer service- so sad too bad. I will never use this company ever again and so should you.

Absolutely INCOMPETENT
Absolutely INCOMPETENT! Ordered Easter flowers on 3/24 for delivery 4/3. Received a call 1230pm on 4/2 informing us that they can't deliver it until the day after Easter because they didn't have enough drivers. SERIOUSLY!!! If this was the 1st time this had happened to us I might have been a little more understanding but this is a trend with FTD. They gave us a refund but now we have to find a place to order/deliver with 2 days notice.

The first delivery I had a couple weeks…
The first delivery I had a couple weeks ago was prompt. Flowers beautiful. The delivery I just had on 4/1, was not. Though the flowers were beautiful the amount of stems seemed a bit sparce. The biggest issue was they were not delivered until 7:30 pm. Though I did not specify a time, I would think they would of arrived at a more reasonable time.
