Friday-Ad Omdömen

It seems that the Friday-Ad website does not take scams too seriously. I have had identical messages with the same spelling mistakes from separate profiles for different items, none of them got flagged. Needless to say they either tried to get my email, avoid the website or did not respond back. I reported these instances but failed to get an answer and support for weeks. I was told Friday-Ad is just an advertising platform and all buying and selling is handled directly between buyers and sellers, which does not fill me with confidence to continue selling on the platform.

Friday ad responded quickly to my query. I reset my password and could then access the website, thank you.

Fri Ad are following up my concern over a supposed buyer and are looking into it. I did not follow any of instructions they were demanding and ignored any further demands. I am sensible and twigged this was a scam as they demanded me to opening a pay pal account for them, which I would never do. Take care, everyone and do not get caught out ,think carefully like i did and do not follow, blunt demands to give any financial details.out

Having reported a scam profile that I sent pictures, e mail addresses and a contact number they said they couldn’t find the person , total waste of time Friday ads are as much use as a chocolate fire guard

Avoid at all costs COMPLETE SCAM
NO ADD PLACED NO TELEPHONE CONTACT THEY KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY

Excellent service very helpful and i will continue to support Friday Add ⁹

I was scammed on Friday -Ad and after contacting them, I was reassured that the person was banned.
So great job Friday-Ad and Thank you

Easy friendly helpful....all you need. Lots of advise.

Vraiment

i like birdtrader be you can find what you want at any time

All the time when I have a problem i call friday ad and they help me
Thank you (Ajmal)
Very friendly guy

always an issue with payment on there i just give up theyre useless
tried with multiple cards and it declines them all

Reported 2 advertisers to Friday Ad , had a reply thanking me and today I notice the 2 advertisers are no longer there, well done Friday Ad

Easy to use to create advert, but I up- graded to a bold package and it took over a day to get my ad verified so I lost an important sale reading day over the weekend ie a time most people spend searching. They should not accept payments instantly and then not verify the advert in the same timescale.

Avoid at All Costs – Total Scam

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an online classifieds site. Friday Ad is run by amateurs. Their website barely works — full of bugs, constantly crashing, and incredibly outdated.

I paid to publish an ad, and guess what? It was never published. No explanation, no refund, no communication whatsoever. It’s like sending your money into a black hole.

Customer service? Doesn’t exist. No phone number, no real support — just silence.

This is not a functioning business. It’s a cash grab, plain and simple.

Avoid this platform by any means necessary. Total waste of time and money.

Have advertised on this platform for a while, but sadly notided the decline in the service, multiple issues apearing with various sections of their system.
last week I placed another advert and waited due it being under review, something that normaly takes an hour at most, No not this time, after 2 days it was till not posted, so I attempted to contact someone, I don't remember how many times I tried to call, chat, message without success, untill i found an email address, I thought great when I received a reply, sadly it didnt go well, Mehroz came up with an excuse, I aske dfor a refund, but that did'nt go well, I got offered 2 days extra as a goodwill gesture, but it still expired after 6 days, not so much good will.
It appears that Mehroz may be working from out of the country, a country starting with P I believe, That's usually fine, but at least have an understanding of gestures when offering them etc.
I received emails from this Mehroz on one email address, but only receive replies to those if i reply
to a different one ???.
Anyway Paypal have agreed with me their service is not for purpose so are refunding me.
Ps today I received a text offering me 50%my advert, I'd rather have all the advert thanks, this coming from the fastest growing site, if thats so why offer discounts,
PPS, after trying to delete my info and account, I called and it appears the whole office at brighton is run by this guy Mehroz, we argued and eventualy he agreed to suspend my account, so we argued again and he finally seemed to understand what delete meant, so maybe it's been done who knows??, i'll send an FOI request and see.
It feels good to be almost at the finish line.

So after years over 20 years of paying for Business adverts when it was the paper version, they would do all our headed paper too..Now since it became online only it slowly got worse..you have to sift threw the google ads coming in front of the whole site. How off putting you be for people browsing..you can't even browse let alone post items anymore ..waste of space it has become.

During Christmas holidays I posted ad to sell my car I have issues with photos. I contacted support team through live chat support they fixed the issue my car sold in 7 days. Thanks Friday ads

Don’t give them your phone number because they pass it on to third parties without your permission.

These people are criminals who take your money without providing the service you pay for

Unbelievable
