Extra customs and very long delivery
Ordered from Germany. The delivery took more than 3 weeks!
And: Although the website was showing "German" and "EUR" and there was no indication that there is any surcharge to the final price, the seller did not pay for customs. Hence some EUR 20 come on top per two set of cards and makes it almost 1/3 more expensive.
To me, if felt like they do this on purpose and i felt scammed.

Hi Peter, the reason your website showed German is because we use multiple languages and currencies application that is dependant on the users IP address. As you can understand we do this to give our customers a native and happy shopping experience. Imagine going to a website and it was in a completely different language and currency to what you are used to? At checkout when you choose your postage option we clearly state that your country (GERMANY) will charge you customs and we are not liable for them. it is also CLEARLY outlined in our shipping policy too. https://www.freakordrink.com/policies/shipping-policy At the end of the day there is nothing we can do to stop certain countries charging customs and taxes and it is certainly not our responsibility to cover them.
Most European countries will charge customs and taxes unlike Australia and the US who don't charge any to our customer's :)

we noticed after Blackfriday a big batch of orders have been lost by our shippers!
This week the team have been working tirelessly to get all orders resent so in the next few days you should start to see tracking on the back end.
Trust us when we say we want you to get our games just as much as you do!
We have sold over 150,000 games to 58+ countries however sometimes the shippers make mistakes and loosing a batch in convienient for us all.
Your order has been resent at our cost once more as we cannot claim for items that never recieve thier first scan.
Please reach back out to customer service hello@freakordrink.com if you do not see a scan by next week and we will refund you in full as we know this is not your fault and can only apologise on the courier's behalf!
Didn't receive anything after multiple confirmations
I ordered a product weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Despite emailing multiple times, all I get are vague responses about checking on the shipment, but no real update or resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of reliability and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Has my parcel been sent ?
Ordered the game on 25/NOV and if I check the tracking link, it states that the parcel is still at their warehouse.
Have been in contact with Chase from Customer Service, he says first there went something wrong and then he said that they already sent out a new game with the same tracking link.
After the weekend it has been 3 weeks since I ordered.
First I did get fast responses on the e-mail, however no I am getting none.
Reading the comments, I am not even sure I will ever receive the game.

3 weeks later.. Nothing.
Ordered on 18th November, and on 10th December order is still not dispatched. I emailed customer service, they provided a tracking number that does not exist. I was supposed to receive my order within 5 business days. What a disappointment for an order I was really excited about.

Purchased the bundle and one of our card games was not in the shipment. Contacted customer service via email. Very responsive and sent out our last game very quickly. My partner and I enjoyed playing. We got through about 40 cards before we couldn’t take it anymore and needless to say, it was a great night!

Great customer service
I previously had an issue with getting a proper tracking number but once I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure my package got to me. I haven’t played it yet, but I have looked through the cards and they seem like they are going to be a good time! Thanks to freak or drink!

Great customer service!
I'm a freaky guy, but also a busy one, and so my original product got lost somewhere on delivery, with myself not being able to pick it up on time. Needless to say, my local delivery service wouldn't help and so I contacted the company, wondering if they could help - they did! They sent over another product free of charge. It also felt like I was emailing a person and not a robot too, which helped.

Shady Policy
I cancelled the order a month ago, and I can't get my money back. The company doesn't respond. Don't even think about ever ordering anything from them.

After my negative review the company suddenly decided to provide me with refund, the company finally responded and I got a refund, but to my surprise they withheld about 20%. For what? I paid for the product, paid for shipping, and they withhold 20% for some administrative services?
As a result: I made an order on 27th August, cancelled it on 3rd September, the product never reached their destination, but somewhere were in transit, after a bunch of emails, nerves, non-responses on 7th October - I received a refund with 20% withholding. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately, when shipping to EU countries the customer is responsible to pay their customs and duties upon import. Your order was returned because you didn't pay your customs and duties outlined in our shipping policy >>> https://www.freakordrink.com/policies/shipping-policy
Our 20% fees are admin, restocking and processing fees because you incur return costs when a return is initiated due to refusing to pay customs on your order.
Worst of the worst
Worst of the worst, my shipment was sent back by customs. I could live with that. But the customer service is more than awful. I tried contacting through email and Instagram DM's. The only respond with automated messages. I paid 100$ just to be scammed by people who want to make quick money but don't care about their services

However you should have been contacted / refunded less our 20% fees to cover our return costs.

Scam Company
I ordered a few packs of cards to take to a party, They never turned up. I e-mailed the contact address over and over with no reply. I have now had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. DO NOT BUY this is a scam company!!!
