Fraser & Co Omdömen

Exceptionally good and reliable service. Robert went above and beyond what I was reasonably expecting.

He was realistic and honest about how long it was likely to take and what the rent would be.

He actually got me a very good professional tenant within a week, just before Christmas!, which is incredible.

He was open about what fees they charge and the associated service. No pressure sales at all.

Robert also helped me quickly get a reliable trades person to carry out required repairs and liaised with the tradesman on my behalf at no additional cost

I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself when i need to.

Robert showed us around several properties, explaining each one in detail and with our priorities in mind. Recommended for excellent property portfolio and customer services.

Robert, thank you so much for all your help. Made the process so easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Fraser and Co in viewing, buying and after-care. They are fast to respond and communicate effectively. Omid has been particularly patient and helpful through the whole process - many thanks for your outstanding work.

Remzi Halil provided a great service in the sale of my property at Sky View Tower, London. The sale was completed on 25 November 2025.

I have worked alongside Fraser and Co for many years now and I can highly recommend their services. Omid was very helpful and well informed throughout a complicated process.

Omid was really helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process of buying a flat. He was always one text message or call away and chased the solicitors to meet our deadline. Thanks again for smoothing out a stressful process.

Nazim was incredibly helpful from the first viewing and all along the process until completion. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the property and the specifics. He was friendly and kept us in the loop all throughout the process facilitating the communication between seller and buyer really well. Would 100% recommend

I’ve worked with Nazim for a couple of years and he’s consistently let my flat quickly. He personally handles the marketing and viewings, and the property has rarely been empty. He’s responsive, keeps me updated, and has helped find fair solutions when challenges have come up. A reliable and professional negotiator.

Iarina was extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented. Answered all our questions and more, provided immaculate and fast service throughout the viewing and while putting down the offer. Would definitely recommend

Without a doubt, what made our experience with Fraser and Co so memorable and positive was the stand out professionalism, integrity, follow-through, and overall exemplary service levels of Mr Omid Ejlali, Sales Manager at Fraser & Co. He has outstanding qualities that are a rarity in the industry!

Review for Iarina Munteanu

I recently secured a flat through Fraser, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received especially from Iarina. From the very beginning, she was incredibly polite, kind, and professional.

What truly stood out was her dedication throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering my questions, guiding me through the paperwork, or making sure everything was ready on time, Iarina was there every step of the way. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

Even up to the day I moved into my new home, she remained helpful and responsive, ensuring everything went perfectly. I truly appreciate her hard work and support, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring agent.

Thank you, Iarina, for everything!

I have been coordinating with Iarina over the last few weeks for renting. She has been extremely cooperative and helpful, patient and responsive. She arranged viewing at convenient times and has accomodated all of our requests. Completely satisfied with the experience from viewing to moving in. It was smooth and Iarina and team guided us throughout the process.

I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to Omid and Zuzanna on the successful exchange of contracts for sale of my flat in London.

Both Omid and Zuzanna offered excellent efforts in finding a buyer, processing the required documents, liaising with the solicitors and ensuring good relationship with the tenant.

Big thank you to both of them !

My process of buying the flat has not been easy due to reasons beyond Fraser's control, but my experience with Fraser and Zuzanna (the selling agent) has been very positive. Zuzanna is very helpful and responsive and, most importantly, looks for solutions when problems arise. I can recommend this company and this agent, thank you for helping me complete this transaction.

We called about a flat and needed to do a super last minute quick viewing, wasn’t sure it’d be possible but Iarina made it happen! Offer process was super smooth and straightforward- Thanks! :)

Iarina, thanks for getting me to visit property. I appreciate your professionalism and kindness. It was easy to contact you and get required information promptly. Keep up your professionalism.

Cheers
Dr Khuram

Writing to give special thanks to *Andreea, Pamela and Gemma, the Fraser Letting team, for helping us to find the right tenants. It is of utmost importance in getting the RIGHT people living in our property. Andreea has been patience in help putting up with my numerous questions despite the difficult process of finalizing the tenancy contract in terms of time, communication work, paperwork and procedure. Wishing to continue to work with the Fraser team and glad to know Fraser has kept a professional team continuously.
