I never received my order
I never received my order. The WhatsApp number I got on the email didn't belong to anyone affiliated with Fragrance Deliver SA. I then asked to choose another item, it took forever for them to respond. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting.

Apologies for the rought experience, we do note that you ordered 2 of the same item, one was delivered, the other order, item was out of stock - we did immediately ask you if you would like an alternative - we unfortunately did not receive any further correspondence around a reufnd, however i do see it has been actioned on our side and awaiting banking details on the payfast gateways side. Great Service. Not Original but Close
Hi There.
Your service was excellent. Unfortunately the product is not 100% original. The sent is very close yes. Packaging colours not the same as original, plastic cap that was broken, not the same lid.
