Fox International Omdömen 

I recently brought a lever lock landing net, everything was fine until a slight mishap on the bank landing a carp when I slipped and the lever lock section on the pole snapped. Upon looking at the assembly I found that the lock assembly is held onto the pole by a pin which goes through the pole and lock assembly's very close to the top of the pole which in turn causes a weak spot. The pin goes through the pole and lock on the same plane as the net so this makes the problem worse.

Crap company absolute non existent customer care,got there eos chair still on warranty and they won't replace saying had chair too long but again still in warranty,there expecting me to fix the chair myself with the replacement parts there supposed to be sending,still waiting over a month for them,last fox product I buy from them cheap chineseium.think before you buy off this company guys be better off buying of temu than these.

I think 1 star is a compliment to give based on my experiences with fox. I was a huge fox fan and spent £1,000’s on their products but those days are long gone. The countless issues mainly regarding their Cookstation that only lasted 6 - 24 hour sessions over the year before it broke and fox are unwilling to help as it’s a month out of the guarantee. After looking online, this is a common issue from a lot of customers.

Unfortunately it doesn’t end there when their duralite products may as well be made out of Weetabix, the chairs are great and light to carry but also need to be fit for purpose as I’ve had and heard of multiple breakages from very basic use.
From being a fox fan, I’m now quite embarrassed and have started to replace all my gear with other brands who have much better customer service than fox. They literally couldn’t care after they’ve taken your money.
Unfortunately I’ve had a lot of experience with their products, I can say they’re clearly not the great company they once were and everything seems to be made on a budget now with no quality control.

Take my advice and just avoid their products. I have to save myself the constant issues.

Buy somthing expensive over 1k .put my bivvi up morning i recieved it by courier .lob sided from the main joint on the top somthing doesnt line up .called them that day about replacment sent pictures as requested and told that a arm needs replacing .none in stick they will email when in stock and get one out to me .been using my origional fox brolly system whiles waiting since september . today they no longer make these pole arms and said i cannot return as been ober 30 days .what a scam i told them 3 days after order was placed and the day of delivery .wasted over 1k .also bought inner dome and sculcap and fox halo 98k on same order .spent loads .bought alarms few weeks before xmas also .bought spod rod and 3x12 rods in june 25 .been a lysl custome and ripped off

Ordered a rod section, waited 4 weeks and no delivery, contacted them and told they no longer stock item, would issue a refund, they refunded the price of rod but not the delivery charge, still fighting to get this resolved, will not purchase FOX fishing gear ever again

Fox rage lure traces are garbage......two clips have broke while playing small fish...fox used to sell good gear back in the day... now it's all crap made in China I will not be buying anything from fox again

I bought a Fox Halo 96k power bank ,after only 3 trips the lake it stopped working, I returned it to the shop that I purchased from and they inspected and replaced it,
Well done Hullangling centre 👏👏 after further 5 uses on the lake , the Fox Halo stopped charging again, by this time it was out of the shops 1 year warranty so they directed me to contact Fox direct , their response was shocking , even tho it was in mint condition so obviously looked after and only used a total of 8 times they were not interested, I’ve since emailed fox 3 times stating my disappointment, they have not responded, I will never purchase anything that’s Fox again , their customer service is the worse I’ve ever encountered. “ Avoid Avoid Avoid “

Paid £11 for a metal fox mug so it can withstand being transported with my kit to the bank. After it’s first hand wash all the paint flaked off. Looks terrible! I contacted fox customer support who honoured a replacement but unfortunately no one contacted me for a postal address and ignores my emails.

No mug was ever sent, I have no stopped buying all fox products as there kit has now become cheaply made and with a big price tag. Customer service staff are liars

Avoid

I don’t know what’s happened at Fox International. I’ve been carp Fishing for over 30 years and I’ve always used their products if I’ve ever had an issue even out of warranty they’ll fix it send it back at no cost, however recently I purchased the Fox XD limited edition camo and then purchased from Angling direct The inner Dome I’ve had it for about 18 months but I’ve only actually used it four times and after a recent Fishing trip to France when I needed it the very thin zip broke in the ground sheet to the inner Dome is definitely not fit for purpose it completely broke every time I tried to zip it up, it came undone. Try to contact customer services. There is no contact number and they say take it back to the shop but it is now out of warranty. Not at all, happy.

Emailed customer support as the centre pole on my frontier xd bivvy was damaged in the strong wind when the extension blew off emailed Saturday
Received email Monday morning answering my questions and suppling a link with you tube style instructions so I could repair the bivvy with a new centre pole that I had ordered

I bought the frontier xd less than a year ago along with the extension it is the worst bivvy ever as poles are bent on extension and front pole on bivvy has snapped do not buy this product as poles are weak and when you try to order replacement they are out of stock

Matrix distributed by Fox International , poorest experience ever! Carful with the MTX4. I have the 16m package the third season. First season nothing wrong, great fishing. Then as confirmed by a Matrix Consultant, the different parts start breaking. My fishing is below 5 kilo carp. I have all the gear you would need to handle a pole of this length. I only fished it at 13 meters. Even a brand new replacement section nr 5, cracked on first use! A real solution to resolve the issue has never been provided for by Fox International. Worst buy of the century for me!!! Have been kept on the leash for more than three years now! Will never go the matrix way sorry. Be careful where you spend your 2300 Euros!

Fox waterproof clothing is crap washed as informed tape seams inside fell apart no refund or replacement when i contacted customer service. My advice dont buy any clothing from this lot its rubbish. Tracky bottoms have bobbled up too. I would only rate their hoody jumper the rest i purchased the tracksuit bottoms and aquos tri layer clothing is trash. Avoid. Worst customer service ever i will never buy a fox or matrix product again

Had a problem with some faulty alarms. Ken in aftersales Belgium couldn't have been more helpful, alarms replaced in less than a week, fantastic service.

I bought Duralte chair 13mths ago, have used it for 6mths a couple of times a week. Rear legs keep collapsing, emailed Fox for a remedy and they were not interested. An expensive chair now useless and I thought Fox a reputable company

Bought a fox frontier xd bivvy. 2nd time of using the bivvy the middle pole come away from the block, as in snapped. Emailed fox International and was informed they would contact me.......5 months on and many emails and phone call later still no joy. I have been using the bivvy as its the only one I have and now the tarp on the inner capsule is wearing away as in holes appearing. I only use the bivvy for 2 nights every 6 weeks. Very poor from fox from customer service, after care and poor poor cheap parts/materials. The bivvy cost just over £800, avoid at all costs.

Brought a spom the first time we used it the swivel snapped so contacted Fox customer service and was so shocked by the response that we are a wholesale company and we can’t deal with this.
I explained that we had brought this while away and to return was a 250 mile round trip.
Having used fox products for over 30; years never again will I buy anything fox and looking at the majority of the reviews I’m not the only one
