DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THESE THEIVES, I ORDERED A PART FOR MY HONDA, I SENT THEM THE REG AND VIN AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE THE PART I NEEDED AND WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE TOOL AS WELL, I WAS THEN TOLD THE PART WOULD BE DESPATCHED AND BE WITH ME IN 48 HOURS, THIS WAS A THURSDAY EARLY AFTERNOON, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ARE TRADING DAYS SO EXPECTED IT SATURDAY EVENING. IT DIDNT ARRIVE, I CALLED DAVE UP AND INSISTED HE TOLD ME 4-5 DAYS (LIAR).
HE THEN CALLED ME A FUC###G TW#T AND CONTINUED TO FURTHER INSULT ME. THE PART ARRIVED ON MONDAY AFTERNOON AND DISCOVERED IT WAS THE WRONG PART, I KNOW BY READING THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS THAT THERE IS NO CHANCE OF A REFUND BECAUSE A THIEF IS A THIEF AND I DO NOT WANT THE AGRO WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH THESE KNUCKLEDRAGGING APES AGAIN, BUT A VISIT TO DAVE IS ON MY BUCKET LIST SO WE CAN DISCUSS MY REFUND. HOW CAN WE PROTECT OURSELVES FROM THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE AND HOW COME NOBODY HAS CLOSED THEM DOWN?

On the 30th July I was informed by the vendor that the above item was in stock, the price agreed was £120.00 including delivery and that it would be shipped the following day, delivery to be expected on Monday 3rd or Tuesday August 4th. As the item had not arrived late on Tuesday I called the vendor who stated that it should arrive in a couple of days. as it had still not arrived on Friday 7th August I contacted the seller again and was informed that there had been a delay but that the item would arrive on either Monday 10th or Tuesday 11th August. It still not having arrived by late Tuesday afternoon I again contacted the seller who informed me that he needed the part number of the original item in order that he did not send me the wrong item, on receipt of a photo of the label on the original item he informed me that he had one in stock and that I would receive it within two days, it not having arrived by late yesterday afternoon I called him again, he stated that there had been a delay but that he would contact me first thing this morning with tracking information for delivery of the item, still not having received any contact from him by 12.30 I called him again, he stated that he had been busy but promised that without any doubt what so ever, I would receive the tracking number by 5 pm this afternoon. Not having received any contact of any kind from him by 5.15, I called again and was told to wait for him to answer me, after waiting for some time some children begun fooling about on the line with what appeared to be some colourful language, I therefore terminated the call and decided that there is no point in trying to flog what appears to be dead horse.
Apart from the initial contact from the vendor to take my credit card details with the promise of delivery on 3rd or 4th at no time has the vendor contacted me, I have had to do all the chasing up in a vain attempt to resolve this issue. The fact that the item was to be dispatched next day is clearly stated on my monthly credit card statement, the vendor is clearly in breach of contract, I have wasted a great deal of time it trying to resolve the issue with the only result that I have lost all confidence in the seller fulfilling the transaction and have requested a refund from my card company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Engine ordered 26/05 and was told it would be 4 days until delivered. 1 week later and no sign of engine so have attempted to contact company multiple times, given a different excuse every time and they have been unable to confirm the location or existence of the engine, no photos etc. It is now 12/06 over two and a half weeks from order, no sign of the engine and absolutely no info from the company about the whereabouts of it despite having phoned them over 10 times in the past two weeks.
Update on 10/07: After many phone calls the company admitted that they didn't ever actually have a suitable engine to send to me and eventually a refund was agreed on 19/06, it is now 3 weeks later and I am yet to receive said refund and have resorted to raising a credit card dispute with the company. This company really is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, please avoid at all costs!
Update again on 03/08: Now it's been over 6 weeks since the refund was agreed and I am yet to see said refund, I spoke to the company again and they said they are "looking into it", I really don't understand how it can be so hard to give a refund! I will once again say to everyone, please avoid this company at all costs!

Paid in advance for a part they said they had for my vehicle. Then was subjected to multiple delay tactics. Never received item. Eventually sold the car without mirror. Requested refund. Then was told there would be a ‘handling charge’ for an item that never existed or was ever sent. Still no refund received. 1st Choice now aware.

THEY NEED TO GET EXTRADITED BACK TO AFGHANISTAN WHERE THEY BELONG!!!! AS THEY CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO CARS AND PARTS!!!!THEY ONLY GOOD FOR SHEEP SHAGGING!!!!!!

These people are liars and thieves tried to order parts on line but the site would not let me so i rang them and ordered and paid £210 then realised they had overcharged me by £30 when i complained to 'Gaz' was told there was nothing i could do i rang back and spoke to 'Manager' Dave who told me if i didnt like it he would cancel the order then he hung up i have now been trying over 2 weeks to get a refund which has been promised to me on numerous occasions over the last 2 weeks but keep getting told they have a staff shortage due to Corvid 19

"AVOID DAVE & FOREIGN CAR SPARES AT ALL COSTS"...I ORDERED PARTS FROM FOREIGN CAR SPARES. THE PARTS WERE NOT DELIVERED. THE MANAGER "DAVE" WAS MOST UNHELPFUL. HE TOLD ME MY PARTS HAD BEEN SENT TO ME. THIS WAS "A TOTAL LIE". I CALLED THESE JOKERS BACK OVER 10 TIMES. DAVE WAS "RUDE & SARCASTIC" TO ME ON EVERY CALL. DURING FURTHER CALLS TO "DAVE" HE TRIED TO DENY THAT IT WAS HIM. THIS GUY IS A LIAR...AVOID "FOREIGN CAR SPARES" AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GRIEF BY DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. I SHALL NOW TAKE THEM TO MY LOCAL COUNTY COURT TO OBTAIN A FULL REFUND PLUS MY COSTS.

Same sad story as averyone else...just ordered a replacement credit card on the one I gave them....tried many times for refund of my £137 without sucess, written to Visa and replaced/cancelled the card

Reading other reviews, I can't believe we're talking about the same company. I have recently had dealings with FCS and have nothing but the highest praise for them. I found them to be extremely helpful and the service received was faultless. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Special thanks to Asif!

Do not touch with a barge pole. Ordered a turbo. Got told it was in the post. Didn't arrive. Contacted them to be told the part wasn't good enough so it wasn't sent and they were getting me another one. Again didn't arrive. Waited another week and a half then asked for refund. It took nearly 3 weeks for money to come back and only after i threatened them with court action and then when the refund came they had payed me short by the VAT of £32 which i am now fighting to get back. Use at your peril. Worst company i have ever delat with. All lies.

Wish I had come here first. Same experience as others. Paid for parts, went in to detail about what was needed, even phoned them up. They sent totally the wrong parts. Now ignoring me.

Be warned this is a very bad company.even if they don't have your parts they say they do just to get your money and you never get the parts they have a no refund system.i ordered a complete ignition with keys I got nothing.£84 down the drain I went to there yard on 12 08 19 thus is a back street slum run by liars and cheats Don't buy from this site.

Wish I'd read their reviews all over the web before using them, they certainly live up to their awful feedback.
Wrong part sent, fobbed off for two weeks while they sent "the right part" which didn't come even though they said it had been sent, took over a month to get a partial refund. Refund £18 short for their delivery charge, whose fault was that, not mine.
If 0 stars was available that's what they get.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a part for my Honda and was told it would take a few days. It didnt arrive so I contacted them, they promised to puchase another part for more money than originally stated. Awaited the part and it didn't arrive when they said it would. Had to harass them for a refund. I wish I had read the reviews first. Would never order from them again

After an offer of two replacement car doors (unseen, not the right colour, and with a vague promise of some coming into stock within the next week!) I had a better offer and decided to cancel - which I did a little later on that the same day. They took the money out of my account anyway, and a day later phoned to say the parts were available. I reminded them I'd cancelled. Then I had to chase the refund. It arrived two days later, with a deduction of £15. For doing nothing but answering their phone!

I put on an internet site I was looking for a gearbox and this company came back and rang said they had one.
The cost would be £300 delivered I said ok and paid by card. This was on the 23rd of April.
They said it would be delivered by that Friday 26th no sign so we rang again on the Monday 29th April.
They said it would be here by the Tue 30th again so sign so left it till Thursday 30th April.
The guy said it was out for delivery and I should get it the next day 31st April again it did not arrive.
So I rang them on Thursday 2nd May the guy said it was out for delivery and should get it Fri 3rd May again it did not turn up.
With the Monday being the bank holiday I rang them on the Tuesday 7th May the guy Gaz said the gearbox was no good.
They were getting one in the next day could I give him till Friday 10th May I said ok so I rang him on Fri 10th May.
He said could I send him a pic of the gearbox where I replied if you go a car in earlier that week he would know if he had the right gearbox.
He said he would ring me back in an hour which he did not so I rang him back.
He still asked for a pic of the gearbox. At which point I asked for a refund he reluctantly said ok.
I asked when he said next Tue 14th May but might take 24-48 hours to go through. I said ok.
No sign of it so I rang again where a guy called Dave answered (not a nice guy) anyway he said it was an old banger,
and that if they found a gearbox they would send it out and I would not get my money back I said I don't want the gearbox.
I had already purchased another he said it did not matter and even if he did do a refund he said he would take some out for a restock
which I was annoyed at as I have not even received it. as up to now I still have no refund.
Rang Tuesday 21st at 16.25 to ask about the refund the guy on the phone said they where busy ring back in an hour they close at 17.30.
Rang back at 17.25 spoke to Gaz he said it will be sorted in 24 to 48 hours (so we will see)
Today 24th May 2019 I rang and asked to speak to Gaz but as per the normal, he answered and said it is up for a refund and again will be dealt with next week.
Rang back 3rd June in the morning spoke to Gaz and he said he has it noted down for refund and will get the team there to sort it that night
4th June still waiting.
Update rang at 5pm today 7th June spoke to Gaz said the same you are down for a refund and he would speak to management tonight as of 7th June 7pm still nothing.
Rang today Wednesday 12th June 20019 ask see where my refund was spoken with Gaz said it was still getting processed and he had spoken with the management who are going to
push it forward but was told this 5 days ago on Friday.
Rang today 17th June asked to speak to Gaz the guy said he is not in today ring back tomorrow.
Rang today 18th June asked to speak to Gaz the guy said he is of this week and to ring back this afternoon at 2pm and speak to a guy called Ally.
Rang again today 18th June 2019 at 15.10 phone rang for a while then went dead. Rang again 10 minutes later a guy answered when asked for Ally he replied there is no one there by that name
so I asked if Gaz was there he said he was off today I told him what it was concerning he said he would find out he then put me on hold then
3 minutes later came back and said there was no one about to ask about it so he took my number and said he would ring me back when he chased it up.
Rang back today 18th June 2019 at 16.40 spoke with a guy called Dave regarding the refund who informed me it had been dealt with and would take a few days to
show in my account (I have heard this before so not hopefull).
Rang today Monday 24th June at 11am spoke with Gaz he said the same thing it is in with the refund department which I replied that if it was not sorted by the end
of the day I was going to go down the legal route.
Tuesday 27th I put a dispute in with PayPal access card Thursday 29th the finally refunded my cash. I will never touch this company again

Received an uninvited call back from this company after I searched on google for a pickup tailgate. When I told the caller I was looking for a new one not a used one, he was extremely rude and hung up. When I called them back to ask why he was being so rude after he called me, he was even more abusive. Do not use this horrible company.
