We chose a Belmont Rainbow sandstone water feature in 2022 in advance of having work done in our garden in May 2023, however we decided, as for all our substantial purchases, that it would be better to visit Foras’s showroom to see all their products. We are so glad we did as, after discussing details of where the water feature would go, we were advised the size we had originally chosen would be far too small given the large plant pots which would obscure the sphere, and therefore decided upon a much larger sphere. We also fell in love with a particular sandstone bench which is a lovely addition to our garden.
The outdoor showroom is very well planned, with plants and flowers which enhance the products on display, and it enables the customer to visualise an item perfectly in their own garden. As no two products are the same, we were able to choose the sphere we liked best and Foras very kindly kept it in storage for us until we were ready to receive it and have it installed by our gardening team. A lot of care had been taken in packaging it very safely and it therefore did not sustain any damage in transit.
Everyone we dealt with, either over the phone, in person or via email, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but we must single out Jessica who went out of her way to answer all our queries and offered a couple of solutions to solve a minor problem. We wanted to make sure we had all the information we needed in terms of short and long-term maintenance and she provided very detailed instructions and documentation relevant to this.
As we had very much enjoyed staying in a part of Norfolk we did not know, we decided to return earlier in June and went back to Foras, having in mind a slate planter we had spotted on their website. We were not sure about the size and colour of the ones on display and eventually chose one of a totally different shape, again with Jessica’s help who showed us all the available variations in terms of shape and colour.
We highly recommend Foras, not only for their very original and high-quality products but also for their fantastic customer service.

I have just bought an engraved memorial bench from Foras……and what a lovely company.
Having had a previous bad experience with another company who had promised a bespoke bench then after 4 months of inaction said they didn’t have time to produce it, I was delighted with the efficiency of Foras.
Within 2 days, I had bought the bench, Jessica and I had agreed the engraving, and it was safely delivered a few weeks later.
Communication was always good, there was always a timely response to any message I sent to them, and they always did what they said they would do.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

We bought four of the Opus zinc planters and trays which arrived today. They are beautiful, very good value for money and really well made.
The ordering and delivery process was immaculate ordered on Friday arrived Wednesday.
I’d recommend a trip to their show garden/head office if you are nearby. It’s great for helping you get ideas and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bought the NEPTUNE FLIGHT WATER FEATURE KIT from Foras and am really disappointed with it. Firstly for what I paid for it the item is very badly made. It comes with such a small pump so this clogs up once a week. The water connection is a flimsy bit of plastic which has already broken after a week so had to be replaced. Although it looks nice but really disappointed with the quality and would not recommend anyone to purchase this

Thank you Foras visited your showroom/garden today and we couldn’t believe how wonderful it all was. Your products are beautiful, would look great in any house or garden and are all displayed in a stunning setting. We have now got save up our pennies.

We were bought a 50cm water feature from Foras and it has been in place now for over 3 years. It has become one of 'our family'. Friends and relations are all drawn to it with admiring remarks, in it's place surrounded by square cobble stones of similar colour and markings. We are so happy with it.
