Overall a very professional service delivered by Claire and Eleanor in my property sale and purchase. But the whole process took far too long, largely because my purchaser's solicitor was being pedantic to the point of ridiculous. I did feel I had to chase quite a bit, I would have expected a bit more proactiveness from their side.

But they got the job done in the end and that's the main thing.

Ollie and his conveyancing team are outstanding. I’ve used them for several property transactions and each time Ollie has handled the sale or purchase with outstanding efficiency and professionalism. Partner firm for my primary firm for medical negligence case. Poor service all over. Did not pick up or explain partner firms decision to proceed with case with missing documents, or why the solicitor advised me the case file was requested for several months, and misleading me on making decisions on my case by doing so. I've been accused of changing accounts when they don't even have the full picture, with the solicitor changing accounts on several occasions, including changing the narrative of my own medical history! 🤬 Comments made about my requirements for reasonable adjustments, debate on sensitive subjects such as infertility without even having the medical file for my fertility treatments which would stop the assumptions in the first place and offensive comments about it for the client. When raising a complaint to partner firm, after a senior partner failed to address the reasons why I've been misled on my case for over a year, (I have emails confirming the files would be requested) my concerns were again dismissed, gathering information and dates from firm was impossible, and requesting the documents in a format required for my disability was a struggle. I really regret my decision to work with enable law their primary partner, and as a result this firm, as my case has been handled so poorly.

Claire and Eleanor in the conveyancing team are brilliant! We used them for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one and they were very thorough and great at communicating with us throughout. They were on our side when there were complications and managed to get everything over the line as planned! Thank you both.
