Easy to order. Fantastic customer service and an amazing product. My sofa foam insert was so good, I ordered two more.

Good quality foam.

Delivery charge of almost £10 seemed a lot especially when foam took around 10 days to arrive. I thought that as it was simply a sheet rather than cutting to specifications it would be a bit quicker.

Product was excellent and just what I wanted for my new chairs. More comfortable now. Brilliant.

Perfect foam shape delivered quickly

Great quality memory foam toppers and I like the ‘bamboo like’, Tencel, covers on memory foam pillows. We also ordered some of the extra filling to give some older cushions a boost, with a good result. Nice to be using cut offs that would have gone to landfill otherwise - a good ethos. I also ordered some made to measure items for my wheelchair, which were better than the foam cushions you buy in the shop.

Do remember that this company has longer lead time than maybe expected - they do state their lead times on their website. Worth the wait though and some things came quicker than expected, which was lovely.

A website tweak suggestion - on the ‘memory foam cut to size’ page, make it clear which covers are zipped and which are elasticated - it would be really helpful.

Owner, Mark, was really helpful when I telephoned a few months ago to discuss disability/mattress related issues/requirements. As such, I am now looking to order the air flow mattress from this company and have made some additional enquires about it and I am waiting to hear back, before placing my next order with Foam4u.

I purchased four replacement foam seat cushions for my sofa. When they arrived I realised I would not be able to fit them into the cushion covers. I contacted the company again and they advised sending them back along with the covers and they would fit them for me. I was fully expecting a charge but they did it free of charge. Wonderful customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Last year I got in contact with this company for a quote. Ever since I have received unsolicited email from them, despite the fact that I got in contact and asked them to stop emailing me.
Their emails have no UNSUBSCRIBE link, which is illegal in the UK, so it's an absolute nightmare to try to get them to stop sending emails that I have absolutely no interest in - and since they won't stop sending emails, I will NEVER buy anything from them in the future in any case.

Worse, their response to this review is a perfect illustration of how disingenuous they are. Today, they can expect to hear from me with a copy of their quote which they deny sending... if I can ever find an email address by which they can be contacted!! I object, on top of everything to be called a liar by someone in an effort to have my review removed from this site.

What are you doing sending unsolicited, pushy marketing emails from a "NoReply...' email address, WITHOUT ANY MEANS OF UNSUBSCRIBING???

Thus, I repeat, I recommend all to have nothing to do with this company if you don't want to receive unsolicited marketing emails from them forever more, with no means of stopping them.

I ordered a special size of foam for my sofa as I use it as my bed and I am delighted with it. It fits perfectly, never slips off and it is really comfortable. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. I think it was about 10 days delivery and the foam is excellent quality

Telephone call and advice given i bought cushion pads for my sofa .Absolutely thrilled it's like a new sofa now !!

I used the couch cushion refill service, so they sent me a return bag, I washed the couch covers and sent them off. After a day, they rang me to confirm size of arm to arm measurements and then made the new cushions and inserted them into the covers. they arrived back a few days later and they are amazing - like a brand new couch. I'm very impressed - this is such a good service and so quick.

My cushion was very well made and exactly as I ordered.
