Easy application, nice app to use.

When i tried to enact a balance transfer it would not let me for.some reason, but the worse part is they don't tell me why

App easy to use.
I chose Fluid as my credit card to use solely for shopping each month with the balance paid off in full every month. I have found the app easy to use and all my transactions easy to find.

We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time. Fluid is more than a credit card to me because on the occasions and there are not many , customer service seems to be at the top of there list of priorities . Always listen to you , polite , professional and have the knowledge to provide you with your answers to your query . No passing and holding for another operative to you always have to repeat the same conversation you just had ! It’s quick to get a response when calling in to there contact centre .
