Very pleased with the prompt delivery of “same day” flowers. A beautiful bouquet which delighted the recipient!

i ordered flowers to be delivered on the 24 February and you did not fail. As we live a long way i wanted these flowers to be special for a very special lady and you did what i asked. Nesta sent me a picture of them they were lovely. Not only were the flowers brilliant but the smile on the lady that delivered them made Nesta`s birthday extra special. thank you.

I ordered some flowers for my mothers funeral based off some photos. the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I slightly changes some of the flowers and added some to--no problem at all. they were delivered to the crematorium on time and i had an email to say they had been delivered. perfect!

I needed flowers for a friend who is going through a tough time. I also needed them the same day by a certain time. The lady on the phone was really helpful. Everything was completed in a timely manner and exactly to my wishes. Can’t recommend them enough. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you.

I ordered online around 4pm on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday..
I tried tracking them yesterday & it stated they deliver up to 6pm and then the tracking would be updated…
Long story short, tracking AND website wouldn’t open this morning, (Thursday) I found a phone number & left a message to call me back…
My Auntie then rang to say they’d arrived yesterday (Weds) “in the middle of the night” ??
But she was DELIGHTED with them. (AND the truffles

Absolutely appalling service - steer clear of these cowboys at all costs, they do not care a jot about you and will let you down without warning or apology. I put my order in at 8.30am on the basis they used local florists and so could get the delivery for my wife’s birthday to her within a few hours. There was a florist listed on the same street as my wife’s workplace, so it could literally be walked down the road. Eight hours later I am persuading my wife to hang around having finished work at 4.00pm and still no flowers delivered. When I called I was told the florist had been busy with funeral flowers and they had to take priority over my order. Talk about blaming the customer! I pointed out they were for my wife’s birthday, which was that day, so while I understood, there really wasn’t any leeway on my side of things and they shouldn’t have accepted the order if they couldn’t (literally!) deliver on the promise. They told me terms and conditions meant they had until 5.00pm to deliver the flowers and essentially that it was hard luck I was put last on the list. Then, lo and behold, the delivery driver calls me to say his van has broken down and he won’t be able to make it for 5.00pm. He asks if he can deliver them to my home address and I say he can, but on discovering it is further away than my wife’s workplace, he withdraws the offer and says I will get a refund instead. I wait most of the next day and receive no refund and remarkably not even a text or email or phone call to apologise. I phone these jokers and at first am told I can’t get a refund as they have a note about me complaining the delivery is late in the day. They’re real jobsworths saying they had until 5.00pm to deliver and Ts and Cs etc. until I manage to get a word in edgeways to explain their van broke down. They put me on hold and then a couple of minutes later sheepishly agree to give me a refund, but tell me I will have to wait 3-5 working days for my money back. Absolutely abysmal customer service at every turn. My wife’s birthday surprise ruined. No formal apology whatsoever. No compensation or gesture of goodwill. Not a thought for the customer in any shape or form. An attitude of ‘like it or lump it’ and when ultimately the whole thing goes catastrophically wrong and they don’t deliver on their promise at all and leave you totally in the lurch they shrug their shoulders and tell you that you will have to wait for your money back. Avoid these clowns - they can’t organise someone walking 300 yards down the road with a bunch of flowers. I also have little confidence they are actually using the local florist as boasted on their website given the information the driver provided. That was the main reason I wanted to use them, but given they are based in Carlisle and I am in Essex, I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised they don’t know the local geography even though I found them by searching the local florist. There are just so many reasons not to use this bunch of fools. Don’t risk it - use anyone but them if you want any prospect of a decent service. Would rate them 0 out of 5 if I could. Dreadful

I ordered flowers online for my wife's birthday. The order went through and on the day the website said they were "waiting for an update from the delivery driver". To cut a long story short; I had no flowers, was out of pocket and most disappointingly I had an upset wife on her birthday. Poor performance all round.

Great experience from start to finish. Lady I ordered with on the phone was super helpful and polite. The guy delivering wasn’t sure where the unit was, so phoned me for help. Really nice and polite, gave him the instructions. Beautiful flowers delivered and very happy recipient. Thank you

This company offers same day service but close at 1pm on a Saturday and are not open on a Sunday!

I received a missed call from them at 12.50pm on Saturday, called them back but they were closed!!!! How were they going to deliver same day if they only contacted me regarding my delivery 10 mins before they close????

I contacted them again this morning and they claimed they didn’t have my address?!! I confirmed my address but then they decided they needed to speak to the sender!

Absolutely shambolic service, flowers 2 days late and zero customer service.

The only positive……the flowers came from a local florist and are beautiful

Do not use this company.
You can order online for same day delivery.
Then they call you and tell you they can only deliver 2 days later..
They then are all matter of fact about it on the phone..

Thank you for the beautiful Soring Flowers Birthday Box which were delivered this morning to my daughter. She was delighted with them and said how fresh they were. Well done with every aspect from telephone order, to prompt delivery. I will always use you again.

Very efficient & helpful..for what I wanted..

I placed an order on the 6th February to be delivered yesterday, being Valentine’s Day, for red roses for my girlfriend and when the flowers arrived it was completely wrong and absolutely nothing like what I ordered! No red roses and clearly nothing like the picture displayed both on their website and on the receipt. I’ve tried calling and have sent an email, and heard nothing back... I want a full refund!

I said I wanted a plant (my knowledge of plants runs along the lines of " something with nice leaves and a flower". It was for a friend just out of hospital, it slipped my notice I was ordering for delivery on Valentine's Day! The plant was lovely, and in a nice pot, my friend sent me a pic. Delivered on the day it was supposed to and everyone is happy. Sales lady on the phone very patient describing the plant to me in detail.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding an order I placed for Valentine’s Day flowers, which was intended as a special surprise for my wife.

I paid for the flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, and I made arrangements for my wife to stay at home in anticipation of the delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive by the promised time. At 12:30 PM, when they had not been delivered, I called and spoke with a representative named Emma, who assured me the flowers had been dispatched, and that she would follow up on the delivery time and contact me again. However, I did not hear back from her.

By 2:53 PM, I called again and was met with an automated message indicating that all agents were busy and advising me to try later or leave a message. I called 6-7 additional times between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM but received the same automated response each time. At this point, I decided to email customer service, and I received a response from Katy, who confirmed that a refund would not be possible, but assured me the flowers would arrive before 6:00 PM. I waited patiently, but by 5:30 PM, I still had not received any further communication, so I emailed again, but to no avail.

It is now 8:47 PM, and my wife has still not received her flowers. This situation has caused significant disappointment and frustration, not only because of the missed delivery, but also due to the lack of communication and transparency from your company. I am particularly concerned by the delayed and unresponsive customer service, which has only added to my frustration.

As a result of this experience, I will be seeking a full refund as soon as your office reopens. I strongly advise others to consider alternative florists, as I have been thoroughly let down by your company.

I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.

Let me down 24 hours before flowers were meant to be delivered. They also seem to bribe good reviews by offering discounts. If you enjoy being let down order from them.

My sister was thrilled with her flowers thay were a surprise thay are beautiful and. Arrived on time and the staff were grate when ordering

Phoned from Motherwell area. Very helpful ladytook my order and details. emailed confirmation and again on delivery . Also flowers well well received. Excellent service.
