Quality flooring at a great price, delivery was excellent, it was supposed to be kerb side delivery but the driver put the pallet well into our driveway as I wasn't home at the time. That's what you call great service. We were so impressed with the flooring which we initially purchased for the living room and hall we decided to order more to do our bathroom and bedroom. All completed now and looks and feels fantastic. We are so delighted and have no hesitation in highly recommending The floor depot.

Very good quality flooring, delivery was also seamless with great communication.
I have since received messages to ensure we are happy with the product.

Placed my order on 30th of May and was excepting my delivery. Did not get any update on delivery or could track it. So decided to email them for update. Was informed that the order I placed the product was discontinued. But was still available for me to purchase. I had clearly put instruction in delivery that I have paid money for the fitters to come fit the items. Not only it cost me to change the date but I also cancelled my order with them. Please try to email or call them before you order from them as was very disappointed that they do not even check orders you place and only reply back when you email them. Try to avoid if I was you and pay little more order from a better company.

Great shop and fantastic quality with good prices. Very happy with my daughter’s flooring. Now get me in that draw for £1000 as I have a whole house to renovate 😂😍

We ordered ours May 2026. Ordering was very easy with a built in calculator, delivery was prompt and they phoned about 40 minutes beforehand to say they were arriving. Delivery man was polite and helpful. We acclimatised our flooring before laying it. It was fairly easy to lay and we are very pleased with the result. The overall look has made the room look bigger and fresher. We are pleased with the quality and feel we will get many years wear from it.

Good flooring that's looking great. Good value for money.
They need to speak to their contracted delivery firms to ensure they communicate effectively and get deliveries out promptly.

Price was brilliant and included underlay. Was anticipating it might be rubbish for such a low price but I was pleasantly surprised.
Arrived quickly with no damage and I fitted it all myself with no really issues.

I had previously bought elsewhere but then spotted floor depot and found they had a much larger selection, with comparable and competitive pricing. Delivery was advised but then delayed by a few days, but this wasn't an issue as I wasn't in a particular hurry and I think this was probably a courier issue rather than floor depot anyway. I will order again based on my initial experience.

Flooring came sooner than expected (we agreed they’d postpone dispatch until we notified them to request the prepaid flooring be delivered) but that’s okay! Flooring was correct and of the correct amount, friendly staff and straight forward, also really good pricing and flooring that I chose came with free underlay which was a welcomed bonus

Terrible company.

I paid £65 for the fastest delivery option, hired floor fitters, and waited at the property all day on the agreed delivery date (Tuesday). After hearing nothing, I called at the end of the day and was told that due to my address they would not be able to deliver until Friday. I was rushed off the phone and told the difference in delivery fees would be refunded.

Friday came and went with no delivery. I had again arranged for someone to help move the pallet into the property and had floor fitters booked for the following day. I spent around 30 minutes on hold during each of five separate calls trying to get an update and never managed to speak to anyone. I also emailed and received no response.

The following Monday, the delivery driver called to say he was outside the property. What was supposed to be a three working day delivery ended up taking 11 days.

This flooring was for my 80 year old nan who was moving into a new property. Because of these delays, she ended up having to move in with only half of her flooring installed, causing unnecessary stress and disruption at a time when she should have been settling into her new home.

To make matters worse, a number of the boards appear to be faulty. Some have large circular indentations pressed into them, while others have significant colour differences across the same board.

Overall, extremely poor communication, missed delivery commitments, and disappointing product quality. I would not use this company again.

Samples came within 2 days. The flooring has been over two weeks and still not arrived. Tracking yesterday said delivery Friday so arranged to work from home so I would be able to receive delivery, then when I checked today delivery is saying Monday. Will it ever arrive and more importantly will I be there to receive delivery as I’m not prepared to pay £35 again for redelivery for 1 pack of flooring. So far really disappointed with the service ☹️

Very disappointing experience with Floor Depot UK.

I placed my order on 19 May and paid extra for 3–5 day delivery, but the order has still not arrived within the promised timeframe.

What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I have called numerous times to get an update, but nobody answers the phone. Each time I have been left on hold for 30–40 minutes without speaking to anyone.

Customers should not have to chase for information after paying for a delivery service that was not provided as promised. Better communication and customer support are urgently needed.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Scammers, 3-7 days delivery mentioned when purchased, half month later i still haven't receive my goods and it doesn't look good to my client either as i keep postponing the job. Tried ringing them been on hold for 1hr and call dropped. Then tried ringing again and apparently they blocked my number as i tried calling from a different number and it was ringing but nobody picked up. I will open a case with my bank for fraud. Also luckily i have many connections, I will make sure i will inform all of them about this company. I will also take this as personal responsibility to close down this company for good and its owner to directly support the consequences.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IN THE MEANTIME.

From start to finish the service has been dreadful - Gaining contact to discuss issues is impossible and the call drops at 30 minutes and 6 seconds.

DO NOT USE. Good product but really bad customer service. Over 1Ks worth of floor. 2 months delays with their sub contracted fitter (which isn't the main issue) when attempting to return 5 unopened boxes, based on their instore recommendation of quantity. They wouldn't give a straight answer and went three weeks with a promise to contact me back. called back in the store and they wouldn't return as stated it was a 'special order' note there is no personalisation so it is deemed as a standard item but not in stock as clearly advertised on their website and in store. As this is the case standard consumer protections apply and appropriate follow up action is in train.

Good product but very inflexible after-service. Tried to return unused product which, as the flooring was being used in a build project, took around 3 weeks to install. When asking if they would accept a return, they simply stated the 14 days should return policy with no discussion. Not the kind of company I like to deal with.

Cheap and fast service

I used the virtual calculator adding 20% waste. Ordered extra incase i paid for order chased delivery dates when floor arrived fitters fitted 2 boxes were faulty and my lounge could not be completed my kitchen and hall completed. I called to explain I ordered and paid for additional flooring as did not want the hassle of returning the faulty packs. I then get a email no longer available I had checked prior to placing my first order and asked I may do other rooms later and was advised no problem. I now have 2 3rd of a lounge done. A email sorry suggesting I try elsewhere else this is no fault of mine it's the company you can not get through to the email or number. They either need to source the boxes I've paid for or replace my lounge and pay for my fitting or I will have no choice but to do a section 75
