El coche que había reservado inicialmente no estaba disponible, pero me ofrecieron gratuitamente un coche mucho mejor, y además el seguro para ese coche al mismo precio que el del coche que había reservado. Eso fue un buen detalle.
Lo único que me generó un poco de preocupación fue que los seguros son bastante caros y se ofrecen de forma bastante insistente al principio. Esto me hizo sentir algo nervioso durante las vacaciones.
Soy una persona muy cuidadosa, así que devolví el coche en el mismo estado en que lo recibí. Siempre aparcaba lejos de otros coches. Probablemente también tuve suerte de que no fuera temporada turística.
Fotografié todos los pequeños daños o marcas que ya tenía el coche al recibirlo (algo que recomiendo hacer). Sin embargo, la persona que revisó el coche me dijo que ya conocían esos detalles, así que no hubo ninguna pregunta adicional.
El depósito me lo devolvieron (desbloquearon) después de 10 días.
En general, para mí fue una experiencia positiva. Gracias.
La única razón por la que estuve algo preocupado fue que el coche se quedaba aparcado en la calle, y como me ofrecieron el seguro de forma bastante insistente, temía que la empresa pudiera intentar cobrar daños “fantasma”. Pero al final todo salió bien.

Asked her what's the company they send emails from (cause they have a mess in companies names), she did "tz" and hang up on me. Unbelievable company, will never rent again, and definitely not extending.

Worst experience with a rental car company.
I rented a car online, and was denied pickup, due to som bogus reason from the Keflavik Sixth employee, that managed the Flizzr booking.
I was unable to get any written statement from the office, since they were apparently unable to print from that location. And he could only tell me that I was denied rental.
I got an email to contact, and I don't get any reply. I have emailed the company, filled out the online contact form and called several times. And no reply in any way.
The money has been deducted from my account, but no service was offered, and no way to get in contact with anyone.

Segue denuncia alla polizia.

Boeking en betaling (PRE-195765295, € 556,90) werd niet aanvaard aan de balie van SIXT (voorzien voor afhaling voertuig). Opnieuw moest hier € 882,15 betaald worden. Totaal onaanvaardbaar! Ik eis een terugbetaling van of te wel € 556,90/882,15. Zoniet zullen de geijkte kanalen geïnformeerd worden over deze malafide praktijken!

this is a SCAM rental car provider. I picked "add a car" option on lastminute.com provided by Flizzr with FULL PROTECTION option. On arrival, discovered that the real provider is Sixt (they were perfect btw) and the FULL PROTECTION is worth NOTHING, because in case of accident, I'd pay 1,400 excess to Sixt and all additional charges, and Flizzr would TRY to claim it back. Such a pain in the @rse and waste of time and money.
I strongly suggest to avoid such an intermediate "fake providers". They write black on white "FULL PROTECTION" to make you feel safe, but it's not true in reality.
Flizzr Paphos underhand
Flizzr, part of SIXT and like the vast majority of car rental companys don't respond to reviews.
I hired a car via Carjet at Paphos airport in Cyprus. The 'usual experience' on arrival they try to sell you extra insurance despite me having already taken it out with Carjet.
The worse thing on return is that they took the car back, passed it as ok, confirmed on paperwork the fuel tank was full and then charged without my knowledge 7.10 euros to put 0.8 litres in the tank 45L capacity. So yes it wasn't completely full, but the gauge showed full and they confirmed there were no issues. The amount is small, but it is the principle and acting in an underhand manner. Apparently what Flizzr claim they do is to carry out a final inspection later at their depot and then decide to charge clients more (in my case they must have used a dipstick to ascertain the fuel level). I would suggest that when the car is returned it would be sensible to get written confirmation that there are no further charges.
Often if you look at these hire companies, the way they make money is either by add ons such as insurance or by taking money from your credit card for scratches etc and never repairing. The maths are simple. If you look at the probable original cost of the car to them and then some of the cheap daily rental fees and assume the car is run for 3 years and maybe hired out for about 40 weeks in a year or so before being sold on there is no or little room for profit.... unless they get you by 'extra costs' at the start or at the end for 'damage' that is not repaired.

Terrible DONT USE.....AVOID. Had a terrible experience..paid for in terminal pick up. It doesn't exist. Waited 15mins for a bus and now 20mins on a bus and not at car yet. I insurance Thurs - Sat 180. Avoid so upset have a 3 hour drive ahead of me. Just awful

Flizzr ist - jedenfalls in Lissabon - eigentlich Sixt.
Abholung mit dem Shuttle hat etwas gedauert, war aber noch im Rahmen. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Fahrer. Auto (9-Sitzer) im top Zustand. Wartezeit bei Abholung und Rückgabe OK. Sehr professionelle Dokumentation des Zustands und aller Details. Bei mir bisher einzige Autovermietung, die nicht penetrant versucht hat, mir weitere Versicherungen aufzudrängen.

Larnaca Airport - Be Very Careful
We booked the car hire through Jet2. Usually this works out great. This time however, the agent at Flizzr in Larnaca tried to get more money from me.
I booked a standard Kia Stonic. She stated that for €200, i could upgrade to a brand new automatic car and apple car play. I refused, she then lowered to €150. Again i stated that i just want the car i booked and i did not want to spend more money. She then suggested i prepay for the fuel €65. If i did this, then she would let me have an auto car and apple car play. I stated that i would fill up the car before returning. I stated that i have hired a car in Cyprus before with no issues. She then lost interest gave me the paperwork.
When i arrived at the car, in fact it was a Kia stonic, not new (but that was OK). It already had an auto box and Apple Car Play. It really was a ploy just to scam more money from me. I will not book through Flizzr again. I have used sixt many times with no issues.
The car i eventually hired was perfect and we covered around 600km throughout our holiday.
It is a shame that she did this. The welcome could have been better!!!

Revisad bien las condiciones que aparecen en el documento que os dan a firmar. Os cobran su seguro aunque tú ya lleves uno contratado. Y, por supuesto, el suyo es más caro. Mi alquiler fué en el aeropuerto de Zadar.

WARNING – FRAUDULENT PRACTICES-Larnaca Airport
The rental essentially amounted to a fraudulent scheme by SIXT. Although I explicitly stated that I required an invoice and that the rental was for business purposes, upon arriving to collect the vehicle I was informed that they could not charge the €600 to the corporate card, allegedly because their policy required a credit card. I explained that companies do not hold credit cards. They then imposed a compulsory insurance fee of €51 and, paradoxically, blocked a deposit of €150 on the same corporate card on which they had claimed they could not process the guarantee. This constitutes blatant deception.
The entire process effectively resulted in a hidden surcharge – a fraudulent charge exceeding €50 – by SIXT (operating under the name Flizzr), based on obscure terms and conditions stipulating the use of a credit rather than a debit card. Notably, only a few days earlier I had rented a car in Italy from SIXT using the same card without any issue. It appears that this particular scheme is a local invention of the Cyprus branch.
Never again SIXT, in any country.

Extra charge and abuse of deposit. I rented a car from HAM, it was based on Wheego, and turned out to be commercially extraordinarily bad. Contrary to the agreed there was a charge for taking the car out of Germany, and when turned in, they found a 2cm scratch on a rim, which was used to not return the deposit of 900€ and charge 100€ more. Do avoid Flizzr Rent a Car!

I rented a vehicle from this company and I must express my serious dissatisfaction with the experience. What I encountered can only be described as a deliberate attempt to exploit customers.
Upon arrival — immediately after landing — I went to collect the car. I waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once the paperwork was completed, I was left waiting an additional 30 minutes for the car that was allegedly "on its way from the car wash." It never arrived. I had originally booked a Volkswagen Golf, but due to its mysterious disappearance, I was "upgraded" to a BMW — which, as it turned out, came with strings attached.
After returning the vehicle, I was shocked to receive a bill for €1,720!!!! for a single scratch on one alloy wheel!!! This, for a rental that cost me only £82 in total. I did not purchase additional insurance for the 4-day rental period, as I reasonably assumed that minor damage — if any — would be manageable out of pocket. Having worked in a professional UK body shop, I know that the cost of repairing such a scratch should range from €50 to €300 at most.
This charge is not only excessive — it is extortionate. After reviewing the pre-rental photos at home, it is clearly evident that the scratch in question was already present before I received the car. I consider this an unjustified and fraudulent claim, and I fully intend to challenge it through legal and regulatory channels.
This experience has left me feeling deceived, financially burdened, and deeply disappointed by the company’s lack of transparency and professionalism.
