It's very simple really. The product (a cheese knife) comes fully up to my expectations and arrived earlier than suggested. Also very good value!

We recently ordered some knives which arrived quickly and were their usual high standard. We also needed replacement wheels for our knife sharpener which also arrived in a timely manner and were easy to change over.

First class knifes bought for both our sons who love them the chicken scissors are really excellent.

Great quality knives, good communication and fast and efficient delivery.
Will definitely be looking to buy again.

I am a huge fan of Flint and Flame, especially their Professional range (I like the black handles!). And this knife did not disappoint. The wooden handled ones also make excellent gifts (don't forget to give a coin with them!) as they can come in a great presentation box.

As I have said before ordering a knife and having it arrive promptly is not a "great" experience. But in this day and age it appears that the level of service that was taken for granted now has to be hyped up and as I do not wish to do F&F down I have given a 5Star review.but it was nothing special

Delivered on the date / time as advised, and the set of knives are in a nice presentation/storage box.

The knife is of superior quality although the law imposes hoops for us to jump through finding our identity papers!

Excellent customer service and amazing knives

I absolutely love my flint and flames knives, I now have a good collection from paring knives through to a rather lovely Cleaver and I also have knife block and board now. The knives are really excellent quality and a pleasure to use, the handles are ergonomicly designed and feel great to hold, the blades are sturdy and easy to maintain. The customer service is outstanding. I now have my Brother and Aunt using flint and flame too

I have been gifted several items but never actually purchased any myself until recently , I just love the feel when using them and the quality is second to none. Perhaps a little pricy but if you can afford them you will never have to buy another knife again, quality is everything .
