Organised flights to Australia which went very smoothly. Arranged refund for return flights which had been cancelled due to war in the Middle East. Helpful, courteous snd great ongoing communication.

Supportive team, helpful throughout middle east flight cancellations providing considered options throughout.

Firstly I’d like to say that Roger is an absolute credit to this company and to humankind. What an amazing person to deal with. We’ve not had a straightforward trip as we’ve experienced many hurdles trying to get to Australia. Hopefully we’ll get there this time next month. He’s been kind, professional, understanding and patient and I cannot recommend this company and this man enough to people. I don’t often leave reviews however a review doesn’t seem enough for all he has done for us.
Roger deserves a promotion!! If only every company/ person was as helpful as Roger has been to us.

Excellent service, was a bit wary initially but a huge shout out for Roger, so patient and kind, helped us with three links for separate payments which was a godsend for us, answered all our questions too. Roger, my agent, has given me a 5 star service from beginning to end of the procedure. It had been a difficult booking from UK to Australia due to personal circumstances and several changes have been needed to be made, but Roger has always been there immediately for me, done his very best to help and now we are due to go on holiday in March. The contact was knowledgeble & very personable. I would say that he went "the extra mile" to provide a suitable service for our holiday requests. Unfortunately our urgency to secure our trip with changes happened at the week end & a relative in Canada sorted our travel needs. Useless in my experience.Their website prices are totally misleading,proving to be £350 more in reality than stated on website.Noisy background on phone and offensive male Indian cut me off when I asked to slow his self-literate patois.Avoid.

I'm a senior with limited mobility travelling alone uk to see my son in new zealand. Roger at flightforus sorted out all my special assistance and the taking of my fold portable mobility scooter with singapore airlines. He got me the itinerary business class I wanted and regular updated me keeping me updated and reassured.
