I would like to sincerely commend Kabelo Maluleka (Flight Centre Hillcrest) for the exceptional support he provided to my parents and me during an incredibly stressful and frightening time.

My parents were due to travel through the Middle East during a period of active airstrikes, which naturally caused a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty. Throughout this situation, Kabelo remained calm, responsive, and genuinely supportive. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and he consistently kept us informed, which made a significant difference in how we were able to navigate the situation.

What stood out most was his genuine care and empathy. He did not treat us as just another booking, but rather showed real concern for our safety and wellbeing. Even under pressure, he remained patient, professional, and solutions oriented, going above and beyond to assist us wherever possible.

In contrast to a previous experience we had with another agent at Flight Centre Hillcrest, she was unhelpful and dismissive, Kabelo restored our confidence in customer service. His professionalism, strong communication skills, and people first approach truly set him apart.

Dealing with Yuthika Rabilal at Flight Centre Hillcrest Corner, KZN, made this experience extremely exciting because she is a naturally enthusiastic Agent. She was professional and listened to our needs. We said that we wanted to go at the cheapest rate and she found us the cheapest rate for our destination. She also helped us to choose the seats wisely from her own experience of having travelled to Australia.

The most amazing service. Kabelo went above and beyond in helping me to book flights for my daughter and son in law to from Vancouver Canada to Durban SA. The time difference is 10 hours so our late afternoon is early morning there. Kabelo worked until 9pm in order to make the booking and send the payment link to her. This was after 3 weeks of getting quotes until he found them the perfect flight. I cant praise Kabelo highly enough. If you are looking for amazing service - Kabelo is your man.

Mr. Kabelo Maluleka was outstanding from the initial engagement right up until the time I returned to SA. What an asset to the organization. I will always choose Flight Centre as my "go to" partners when embarking on a vacation.
