Excellent overall! We had a good idea of what we wanted to do but we had good advice on certain options. I did go back and forth alot and they were great at helping and being patient. Catrina Johnson and Emma Warner in Kingston were both very helpful and attentive and quick to respond before and on trip.

This trip had been a long time coming - Catrina at flight centre first helped with my enquiry back in 2024, and we finally booked this year! We were travelling all the way round the world to a remote island in the south pacific and she handled all the aspects of our experience with rigour and efficiency - not to mention patience when we ended up having to delay it on multiple occasions! We have been into Flight Centre Kingston upon Thames before and had great service so we decided to yet again return today. We dealt with Chris who was helpful and knowledgeable and sorted everything out for us.

Emma was amazing and very patient in finding the correct flights & hotel package for my trip in October to Maldives, Sri Lanka, Australia & Hong Kong.

Catrina did a fantastic job booking myself, husband and brother in law a once in a life time holiday in California last October. Her attention to detail, her kindness and empathy was second to none.
