Caitlin was amazing from the initial contact right through to booking. We were unsure exactly what we wanted but Caitlin put together a starting package (multi destinations) which we then worked with her to adjust to our needs.

We chose to make initial contact via phone then visited the store. The whole process was easy and really informative. Would definitely recommend.

Once again Rachel in Brighton gave us great service. Because long distance flights have increased so much she went looking for alternatives and came up with an excellent solution. Her knowledge is great and she answers promptly and professionally.

Rachel at the Horsham branch (previously Brighton) is a true star with a wonderful personality. I have many dealings with Rachel over the years and she has organised my off the grid tours with supreme efficiency. Rachel listens and adapts very quickly especially when you suddenly realise that you want to change something. Her knowledge is extensive. Having just arrived back from an extremely well organised tour to Nova Scotia an Ocean cruise is being planned with Rachel's help. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel.

From my initial enquiry I found the flight centre assistant (Scarlett) very helpful and understanding of my holiday wishes.I gave her an idea of my flight budget and she found one for less which allowed me to upgrade on other items of my booking, she kept in contact and was always available throughout the booking process.

So friendly and ever so helpful. Kept us fully up to date with changes. Would always request her when making travel plans as 2nd time she has helped us with our travel.
