Flight Centre UK - Flight Centre Clapham Omdömen 

I needed to book a flight to Thailand and got through to Leo at their Clapham branch. After several options I finally opted for the one that suited me the best.
At all times Leo was always quick to respond and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Having used this branch of Flight Centre for many years they have yet again been superb in finding my flights to and from Australia

Rob Pyle is travel agent extraordinaire as far as I am concerned. His first hand travel experiences and knowledge are obviously useful, but what makes him stand out is his patience and kindness, and his willingness to go the extra mile to check out information I want. He has looked after my travels for years -- from little trips (going to Amsterdam with granddaughter this July by Eurostar) to flights further afield -- South Africa, Singapore .... Rob's willingness to follow through with my BA airfare refund during the covid/lockdown period without delay also made a good impression on my friends and me! I was sad when Flight Centre moved from their Putney premises to Clapham after lockdown ended. But because Rob has provided me with such excellent service and care over the years, it is my full intention to stay loyal to him. Thanks for looking after me so well Rob!
