Bought a Stoya combo for like 100$ that included everything one would need. The sleeve seem to have come with damage and fleshlight.com was kind enouhg to send a free replacement.

I spent a considerable amount of money for a product from Fleshlight. It was a poor product. They’re advertisement of the Stoya Destroya was grossly misleading. I called customer service and I got a woman on the line with screaming children in the background who basically had no training or power to do anything. I as told too bad so sad. Thanks for your money. Goodbye Don’t waste your money on this company!!!

Initial enquiry response good (they want your money) After receiving product - quickshot launch, the item was faulty out of the box, £140 item not working out of the box is just incredibly bad, first response from company was generic. I sent email with video evidence as requested to prove item was faulty. Since then I have sent 9 or more emails to request a refund and that I will ship item back, no response. Truly shocking! Hence the poor review, if I could leave a zero score I would. Very poor service and would advise people to not buy anything from fleshlight directly. Unless you like throwing money away.

I have purchased many Fleshlights. However recently quality has declined significantly and 2 of the 3 Fleshlight sleeves I ordered came defective. I took pictures after turning the sleeves inside out to show the defect. The customer service person was rude and denied they were defective. Very poor, dishonest customer service. I'll have to have Visa refund me since the company refuses to honor their own defective product policy

I ordered a sleeve warmer. They charged me right away. But the product never arrived. I contacted them and they said we have no idea where your money is because we have no record of your payment, so we can not issue a refund. Bunch of scammers they are.

These guys deserve negative stars they have zero customer service i placed an order and immediately i get an email saying the package would ship in 1-2 business days i waited 4 days with no response from their part. When i emailed them back asking about the order they say that the product is not in stock that if i would like a refund. I told them that i expected they would offer a replacement or maybe work it out some other way, maybe a compensation, but if they couldn't do anything they could just go ahead and give me the full refund.
They didn't want to work anything with me they didn't offer a replacement product or other solution to the error they created on the first place, they just sent the refund without an apology for the bad communication and waste of time. What kind of customer service is this??
Don’t buy from these people stay away!!!

I purchased a Fleshlight, Sleeve, warmer, extra case and the expensive Launch. I tried the sleeve and one of the cases. The product was worthless. I'd get better results from pounding it between two couch cushions. I filed a return and sent back the items that I did not use..the warmer, second case and the Launch..$250 in items. Over a month later I get an email stating that the items were used and they took pictures. The warmer and Launch were still sealed in plastic. The case that they sent me was loose in the box and not in any packaging. I've requested the pictures, but I can guarantee that the pics aren't of the items that I sent back. There's no way! How do I prove that these were the items that I sent back or some photo that they took of someone else's items? Their deceitful word against mine I guess. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund now. Also, I'm not sure who these reviews are from on their site, but they have to be fake. Their product is completely worthless and a total pain to keep from molding up.

Absolute rip-off company! Item ordered and hasnet arrived 19 days later. Lost in shipping. They will not refund or re-ship saying it now takes 3-4 weeks to Hawaii. That means these itiots put my package on a ship to HawaII. tHEY CHARGED ME 16 DOLLARS FOR THE SLOWEST SHIPPING SERVICE AVAILABEL. usps priority mail would have been 13.90! I will never order from them again. WARNING do not get ripped off by these guys. iTEM TRACKING NUMBER DISAPPEARED 9 DAYS AGO.

Recieved 2 Defective launches (abnormally loud & improper movement) & a sarcastic reply from customer service when i asked for a refund.

Do not buy from this company. My package was delivered to the wrong address to an 8 year old kid. Been fighting with the company for over a month and a half for compensation. Meanwhile the kids father found my products with the box that had my address. The father came over punched me in the face. Long story short we both got arrested. Now I have a criminal charge, and everybody in the neighborhood knows about something that was quarantined private by the company. Still fighting to get my money back. Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered mine with an adapter and a shower mount. Never received the shower mount even having contacted the company. I am out $30.00. POOR customer service = NONE. The actual "LIGHT" is a lot of money for what you get. $10.00 handheld works better. Save your money, not worth the cost.
