i ordered a torch from flashaholics, which arrived the following day, unfortunately, although it was an amazing torch, it was far too bright for my specific needs, i sent it back to exchange it for another less bright model which also arrived in quick time, and they refunded the price difference the same day too. overall an excellent service from flashaholics and really pleased with my purchase.

I found the Acebeam L35 2.0 here for the lowest price, and after doing some Internet scanning, reviews for here were excellent.

After placing my order, I wanted to amend it after about 1 hour - so I phoned Flashaholics customer service, they amended it without question, and my order was here next day (within about 18 hours ❤️).

I've also sent eMails here and always had a very quick response, so no complaints in this aspect, either.

In summary; order received VERY quickly, customer service is exceptional, packing was very good, item ordered was as described, and the website is nice & clean.

I highly recommend this company, and will be checking it out regularly for any deals as I've recently become an avid flashlight collector & hobbyist.
