Five Guys UK Omdömen 

My last two visits to this company were not good, and I vowed to never shop there again, but the young guy who served us, I told him about those previous experiences and he apologised which is more than what previous managers offered, to give credit where it was due our server followed through on his promises,the food was good the portions were what we were use to from many previous visits, the only criticism is £40 + for burgers fries and milkshakes is quite high!

Stopped to buy the new Winnersh Five Guys to buy a little cheeseburger and chips for my two grandsons & a milkshake - £40 - chips were mediocre and enough for six people -the eight year old didn’t eat the burger as he didn’t like it - I will not being popping in here again

Ordered our food and waited,came in a brown paper bag, asked where the plates were (as we were eating in )or something to eat on and informed they didn’t do plates, so asked was I meant to eat off the table looked at me as if I had two heads.🤬 what a joke never again.

I would never go here again the food is over priced for tiny burgers and tiny fries. I payed £65 pound for two burgers 2 hot dogs 3 milkshakes regular fries and a Diet Coke and the food I received wasn’t what I expected for the price of it I could get better value for money at McDonalds and would of cost me a 3rd of the price

This was my first visit to a Five Guys and I think it will be my last.
Visited on a Friday night with friends (three of us in total). As Five Guys is known for burgers, I was disappointed to find that there was no veggie burger but I accept that there were other veggie options, just not to my taste. I ordered chips and a shake. I was amazed at how expensive these were for a burger joint. We went to find a table. The place was not that busy, lots of vacant tables but all dirty. In the end I cleared one and wiped it down with some water and napkins. Our food seemed to take ages, again surprising as it did not appear to be busy. Staff were not rude, just seemed to be a bit indifferent. Good points were that the portion of chips was generous and the shake tasted nice. Overall a very disappointing visit, some issues with Five Fuys themselves and some to do with this individual branch.

Overrated and overpriced! Below average quality food extortionately priced. 4 burgers, 4 fries and 3 drinks £79! Very average quality and quantity! You've got to be kidding!

Dry burger, staff did not know what medium rare was...no heat or flavor..not a 80/20 mix
at all.
Dry shit .. masquerading as Americas best .. please go to the worst place in America and you will have a better burger

Ordered a couple of burgers from 5 Guys in Harlow through Just Eat.

On top of the rip-off "service fee", "delivery fee", "paper bag fee", extra fee for wanting to live in Harlow", etc there was a wait time of 40mins. Which isnt too bad for a Friday.

As soon as I placed the order the delivery time went up to 2 hours because there were not enough Just Eat delivery clowns available.

Then vent my anger on trustpilot. Not that companies pay any attention to Trustpilot reviews, because idiots like me will still order stuff from them.

Ordered food via just eat around 2:30 today, estimated delivery of 2:55. Since then it has continued to rise and now says 4:10. Thats nearly 2 hours of the original order time. Absolutely crazy and totally unacceptable. I am STILL waiting for my food right now. I understand that there’s a rod closure but get a grip, there are other routes.

Usually, I am a Disappointed Customer, as reflected in my name but today, I am a Happy Customer! :P Sharing my experience of the Five Guys Fort Shopping Store in Birmingham.

I recently had a wonderful experience, all thanks to Stacey. Despite the rush, she managed everything like a pro. By taking the time to engage with us, answer any questions that we had and offer fantastic food recommendations. It felt like she really cared about making our experience enjoyable, which is rare in the fast food industry.

I ordered food, it said it was on its way and would be 10 minutes. Then it was cancelled for no reason. I waited 30 minutes for it to be cancelled. Don't bother!

Ordered food amounting to just over £40, it arrived cold, I live 10 mins from shop, would have been hotter had I collected and walked back.
So so disappointed.
Uber eats refunded me £0.29

Over priced and says on the door it closes at midnight but by their own rules they closing at 11 - rip off and kick
u out at 11 and cant sit and eat your food

How hard is it to put mustard, relish and ketchup on a burger? Every time we order through Deliveroo - there is nothing on it, and the fries are always cold. Better to just do my own on the BBQ.

Tried this place for the first time on a Saturday night. Bacon cheeseburger cost more than £11. Very disorganised. Burger was dry, lukewarm and meh. Totally not worth the cost, would not use this place again. Junk food for restaurant prices. The feedback provided is clearly just standard response and doesn't address the poor quality of the food, just attempts to justify the excessively high price.

Awful cold burger delivered by Uber eats. Now part of the problem was with the time to deliver, however the other fault is clearly the store.
Why leave cooked food unheated for 30 minutes while uber wait for another driver? So it arrives cold.
Order wrong, we ordered one burger with cheese and one without. Both burgers arrived with cheese. We ordered BBQ sauce in the burgers, there was none in either. Ordered extra mayo and ketchup sachets, none in the bag. Will never use again as they just don’t care about delivery orders.

I had an incredibly bad experience ordering Five Guys via Uber Eats. The delivery was surprisingly fast, but unfortunately the food quality was shocking.

My colleagues and I were really disappointed when the burgers arrived. The buns were completely soggy, the cheese was melted and smeared all over the burgers, and the patties were cold and greasy — honestly, they tasted like they were old or reheated leftovers. The whole burger was soaked in a watery, runny sauce which made everything even worse.

I raised my concerns with Uber Eats support, and their response was to offer £1.29 credit to my Uber Eats account. That felt like an insult considering the condition of the food.

It’s such a shame that a well-known brand like Five Guys seems to be ignoring basic quality standards. I’m sadly and genuinely disappointed, and I won’t be ordering again.
