I had two visits to the store over a period of about ten days. Both times the store manager Jordan Pitcher dealt with us. His advice clearly took into account our needs and the fact we are complete novices when it comes to gym equipment. I found him to be friendly and patient. He answered our questions clearly. We were shown a variety of multi-gyms, multi-functional trainers and running machines. I was really impressed with the range (both in quality and price). The store is clean, spacious and nicely set out. There was no pressure. When the time came to finalise a price and place an order Jordan was very professional. We came away very impressed and satisfied that we've ordered items appropriate to our needs.

Went in looking at rowing machines and treadmills. John helped us and identified a number of models to suit our requirements, both financial and functional. We tried them out and selected one of each. John explained about the 0% finance options available to us, which we decided to go with. The whole process was smooth and we really are grateful for the expertise given to us.

I’ve had a great experience so far. The advice I received on choosing the right treadmill was excellent and really helped me select the best model for my needs.
The delivery and installation were very easy to arrange, and the communication has been excellent. I was given a convenient 2-hour delivery slot and will receive a phone call to let me know the delivery team will be arriving in around an hour, which has made the whole process straightforward and well organised.
Based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company
