I bought a new treadmill from this fitness store, and I am very happy. Lee was very responsive & knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me pick the right model for my home. The VP of Supply Chain and I were in a serious pinch on a gym project because our suppliers were unable to provide the products we needed to complete the project on time. Being from the US and having a limited amount of time before I had to return home, we really needed someone who could move quickly and deliver on their word. James stepped up immediately. He ordered everything we needed and, more importantly, assured us that it would arrive before we had to leave. James went above and beyond to help us when we were in a difficult situation. His communication, urgency, and willingness to make things happen made a huge difference in helping us keep the project on track.
