I visited the Gloucester Branch. Andy Redfern was really helpful, talking me through different products, and giving me space to try them out. I looked around elsewhere, but Fitness Superstore have a good range of products at competitive prices, and I was able to find what I wanted.

I have used FSS for over 20 years, and they are very reliable and stock excellent products at reasonable prices. The ordering process is easy and delivery quick, with super communications. The products, I have found, are always very robust and if looked after will last a lifetime!

Very helpful and knowledgeable guy, we came from Hereford to look at few pieces of equipment and bought a treadmill and rowing machine, adjustable weights and stand, mats, and weight bags to. Good price and discount.
Makes customers very welcomed from the moment they step in the store not pushy and very patient with us looking at everything.

A great experience
When we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the sales team. We were approached by Andy who asked us about our requirements for the treadmill (what we came in for) then pointed us towards some machines that met what we wanted. He gave us information about each of them and let us take our time to look around and try them out. There was no pressure to buy a particular one; he provided information about each of them and the features that we would find useful. All in all a great experience; Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We purchased the treadmill on Sunday and delivery was arranged for the Wednesday.

FSS Gloucester - A great Help
After many comms with FSS at Gloucester branch, my retired treadmill weighing 174kg was collected, in piece parts, and a new treadmill, 155kg was successfully delivered.
