I just wanted to send thanks out to Fisher & Paykel for exchanging our dented freezer door.
The communication from Adam Smith (Tech 126) was on point.
Adam couldn't do enough for us, he was punctual, extremely careful & full of knowledge, he gave some top tips on using the fridge freezer,
a great asset to the company.

Dean came today and did a thorough investigation and solved our leaky freezer, explaining the issues and how to avoid future problems.

Really excellent service from Dean. Polite and professional explained everything clearly and really friendly.

The engineer Jiy was courteous, polite and very efficient - he arrived on time and I was kept informed with details of my appointment at all times. Very happy with my repair

Connor and Eddie were great on delivery. Very careful about bringing the fridge through the house and removing the old one. Also talking to customer service on the phone was excellent as well. Super helpful and you got a person - not a bot!

I bought a fisher paykel coffee machine. It is nit even a year old and has broken twice. Getting service from fisher paykel is almost impossible. They sell expensive appliances and the service is abominable. They don’t have a Maintenance department. They sub their work out to local contractors. When you use their subcontractors they rarely show up on time or at all. The first time the coffee machine broke they made an appointment and never showed up. I waited for a whole day without even a phone call saying they weren’t showing up. Do not buy this brand. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Do not buy their appliances unless you are looking for trouble and no service. They are a terrible company with no service for their products.

Adam Smith came to sort out a leak to my fridge freezer which he did quickly and efficiently. The main problem was caused by a blocked drain which I hadn't been able to access. I also needed a new ice cube freezer tray as the existing one had a crack in it and was contributing to the problem. Thank you Adam for arriving punctually and for being so personable.

I am writing this review, I bought several Fisher Paykel products and I have a specific complaint and I cannot get to speak to anyone at Fisher Paykel or a email to deal with a real person one to one. They are an appalling company, I wish I had never heard of them.
I made a big mistake buying their products.

The whole purpose of my review was to get someone to speak to at Fisher Paykel.

Now they have contacted via Trustpilot wanting more information. Trust Pilot please pass my email and phone number to Fisher Paykel and I will give them full details of my complaint, as them being uncontactable via someone accountable is one of my complaints. So if they contact me we can correct the first problem.

I would not buy from this company again. They do not have the capacity to service in the U.K. it’s all AI and no substance.
5 hrs and no technician coming. He’s sick. Yet I got messages confirming the visit.
AI works for Head Office in Nz but not for customer here. They use local people and there simply aren’t any. Never had this issue with Zanussi, or Bosch.

This is a great, friendly Company with superb products and customer service- engineer Aaron came quickly after my calling the super-efficient helpline to fix a problem/part with brilliant efficiency and courtesy. Superb experience all round- recommended.

Robin serviced our dishwasher drawers and was so informative and helpful. He patiently listened to our concerns and our dishwasher now runs smoothly and fits better within the cupboards. Thank you Robin, you’re a credit to Fisher Paykel company.

Dan was excellent from start to finish. He quickly identified the problem with our dishwasher and replaced the heating plate efficiently and professionally. He was thorough in his work, testing everything carefully to make sure the appliance was working perfectly before leaving, and took the time to explain what had been done.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. Dan left the area spotless and cleaned up beautifully after completing the repair.

A genuinely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous engineer. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend him. Thank you, Dan, for such outstanding service!

Chris and Andrew From Fisher and Paykel arrived this morning with my new dishwasher. From the start they were extremely professional, courteous and very helpful . It was a tricky fitting and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was so happy with the delivery and installation . Thank you guys .

Great phone notification about engineer arrival time. He (Dean) solved the problem quickly, was polite and gave helpful advice on continued use.

Adam the engineer who visited was very pleasant and respectful of our house asking about removing his shoes etc. He cracked on with the job was very tidy and even refitted the kick plate we’d had issues with. When done he cleaned up tested the dishwasher and then explained everything he’d done. Left our house with a very cheerful goodbye. He’s a credit to your company.

Aaron was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Dean arrived at the time he stated. Always a huge plus point!!
He quickly dealt with each issue with my fridge freezer, showing a huge technical knowledge of both how to resolve the problems, together with how the fridge freezer actually worked .. even explaining things that were not in the manual that I really should have known!
Would recommend both him (friendly and polite), the service he provided and F&P products to anyone.
