I, like many car owners, get very frustrated with dealerships as they are staffed by inexperienced and selfish salespeople who don’t listen to what customers want!

So when I made my enquiry with First Vehicle Leasing I was very pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and follow ups, something that did not happen with my local dealership for the same brand!

Throughout the whole process I was kept updated with every step, which concluded with the delivery of my new car yesterday morning.

Excellent service and help from this company and their staff from first enquiry to receiving the vehicle, have previously funded my vehicles using p c p finance and will never use that sort of finance again when comparing costs p c h finance is much more cost effective and includes vehicle tax

The car was 3weeks late and we know nothing about how the maintenance will be done but other than that the car itself is amazing

Great communication resulted in very clear understanding of each step in hiring a car.

They employ hard sales tactics, tell you what you want to hear to get the sale...then once signed tell you delivery is actually a long time away. They won't let you pick the car up yourself even though it's sat there and registered.

The only reason I went to this company was because Select Car Leasing who I usually use were honest with delivery timescales. FVL are a company who cannot be trusted then provide poor customer service in the aftermath.

I need to lease two new vehicles coming up for renewal and won't be using this lot.

Edit: This reply is complete gaslighting as the business, knowing that I was already disappointed with the slow delivery at odds with what I was told before signing, again failed to book a sooner delivery slot meaning more days have been wasted and expenses incurred.

Edit 2: FVL is keener to have a conversation on this platform, refusing to admit its issues with customer service rather than focus on providing a decent and honest service to its customers. I have tried calling again but no answer on telephone. Duncan, I'm baffled and just disappointed further that you choose to answer on this platform but have never been in touch directly by phone or email to discuss?

What an incredibly disappointing and frustrating service all round.

Outstanding to start with but then didn't acknowledge receipt of an email request so I felt I was in limbo for a few days. That said, everything ended up working brilliantly.

FVL have been helpful at all times, super responsive, very lovely to speak to. Their customer service is flawless. Our deal was handled by Ruth and Leeanne and they have been fantastic. I recommend mainly for that. Thanks again!
