Best banking experience I've ever had
Working with Chai at First Tech was the best banking experience I've ever had. I was looking into opening an account and applying for an FHA loan. Chai went above and beyond to get the process started. Helped walk me through everything and provided a lot of information I wouldn't have known to ask. I feel very confident moving forward thanks for all the information Chai provided me. His personality was incredible and he made me feel very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Can't thank him enough for the wonderful customer service provided.

The joint owner is not a memeber and is in a different state which makes the situation so complicated. He made sure he had a resolution to it for me!! Thank you Matt!

Applications are online and team members are available for support online and in-person if needed. My information got entered wrong including my birthday had a rough time getting my card activated. Just when I was getting upset after speaking with 1 person already 😡 I finally got ahold of someone that helped me fix it. Everyone is very professional and courtes otherwise not a horrible experience.
