Incorrect advice given over multiple years. When challenged with clear observations made by people who are not trained in H&S, they quickly amended their advice and instead of putting their hands up - sought to throw us under the bus.

Raised an official complaint and was dismissed.

Avoid like the plague, you have been warned...!
