At Hunters Court we are without a resident manager, but we have a wonderful lady called Kirn who is doing relief manager cover, and by golly Kirn is doing a great job. I and fellow residents would like her as our full time manager. I just hope when we do get a new manager!! that they can match Kirns skills.

I would just like to thank the development manager Freddie Hepburn at Pegasus Court Exmouth for his support whilst I have been settling in to living here.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would! Firstport are no help on the phone you’re always fobbed off and they NEVER reply to emails. We’ve already lost one sale and about to lose our current because of this terrible management company I desperately need information on our management pack and no one has got back to me or my solicitor, we have been chasing for months! I can see from all the other reviews we are not the only ones having these issues.

FIRSTPORT ITS WORST COMPANY.. THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK BUT NO ONE WILL GET HELP THROUGH THEM. IF YOU SELECT RIGHT OPTION TO SEEK HELP, THEY ANSWER ITS WRONG DEPARTMENT AFTER WAITING ON THE CALL FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS. THEY WILL REDIRECT YOU TO OTHER NUMBER AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS AND THE CALL WILL BE DISCONNECTED.

ABSOLUTELY ridiculous Company. Never reply on emails. Communication doesn’t exist. Collected thousands of pounds from residents at collage yard WATFORD for work we never SEEN !

Wellside Place Falkirk retirement housing has provided the perfect housing situation for me. From information at the buying stage to assistance in settling in Janet the Manager has been excellent. She is so friendly, caring and approachable and provides the right level of support and attention without being intrusive. Family have peace of mind that i am safe and secure and know that in an urgent situation Janet or the out of hours team are on hand to assist. I would strongly recommend this development.

My solicitor and myself have been trying to get hold of firstport for over 6 weeks now! I have paid them £216 for a management pack which they still haven't sent to my solicitors. This is disgraceful, I could lose my sale and purchase because of this.

Waiting 5 weeks for First port to reply to daily requests to send buildings insurance doc, by my solicitor...there is no phone number.....its a shambles, my sale about to fall through because we cannot exchange without it.
If my sale falls apart, and my buyer walks away, due to their continual lack of response, I suggest you do what I will do if this happens....I will sue them for all expenses involved plus emotional distress......they haven't got a leg to stand on...if everyone does this, it might wake them up to the fact that they cannot treat people this way and get away with it. Such a shame that I have to write a bad review to be heard,

Terrible service, I urgently need help getting the ground floor window to my flat fixed as its a large window stuck open and therefore a massive security risk to the entire building ... and after a week no progress has been made at all and I have been unable to leave my flat. No one on the phone is able to take any action and I have gone via 3 different property managers now - they don't seem to care about the people living in the flats they manage at all.

Terrible inneficient company- NO RESPONSE to calls or emails - for passing the buck they get 5 stars- Always very suspicious when a company keep changing their name, Charging for their services is increasing and since we purchased the appt. the company have been run by amateurs. Look for First Port investigation on - could be useful

I too cannot get any response to emails nor can I get through on the phone about demands for service charges for a property that was sold in June. I’m fed up with ringing and emailing to a brick wall…

Regret this is a very bad company. As a freeholder, I had no choice but to accept their appointment as a matter of fact. Customer Service is POOR. Unable to contact them via phone. E-mails remain unanswered. Who regulates this shower?

Words are not enough to explain how bad this company is, worst customer services in the world, least helpful staff, and arrogant management.

I believe formal investigation should take place against this company, they simply take advantage.

My solicitor has been waiting for the return of legal documents pertaining to the sale of my flat for more than two weeks. If these documents are not signed and returned soon I will lose the sale and incur significant additional costs. FirstPort have failed to respond to emails, online messages and never answer the phones. How is it that this company is allowed to continue operating without detailed investigation into their operating practices and continued failings?
