Buyer beware

After just paying, the day before arriving I receive a message saying they cannot provide the VIP airport arrival service. Some dodgy story about other operators getting them all into trouble so now they
cant offer the arrival service. Could have mentioned before I paid. Buyer beware.

Limo was not available

Limo was not available. I had an email stating it's off the road for some sort of service. That was in August. So beware.

Thank you for your usage of time and efforts of sharing your challenges how to book online on our website. We really appreciate your feedback.

We have looked into this case very seriously and find out that you have registered to our website on July 22nd, 2018 at 00:18 AM (LT), but unfortunately, it appears that you did not complete any booking with us.

For your convenience and when you hopefully ahead will make a booking with us again, our automatic online website has a unique automatic up and downgrade mechanism that ensure all our guests, who wish to book the service online, will be upgraded for free if the requested limousine is occupied at first. If still no car is available at that time, the system will then provide you with a downgrade with an extra 10 % discount so we will always present the best car available for our guests at the selected time. 

And again, for the high-end level of service we love to provide all our discerning guests - we then also give them the opportunity to contact us directly - to get assistance from our sales team. This contact either can happen through our online chat, contact form, or telephone call to reach out our customer service staff 24/7 in all channels.

Therefore, Mr.Whelan, please beware next time you book and have any issues of getting through a website and its booking process, use the helping tools already provided and you will - if you book with First Class Bangkok - and your requested limousine is occupied - then instead get a free upgrade.

Faultless to a "t"

Faultless to a "t", First Class Bangkok Limousine is always my first choice for transfers in the Bangkok area. Drivers are polite, punctual, professional take great pride in their work, their immaculate cars and their appearance.

Their site is not reliable as…

Their site is not reliable as information filled while booking was not delivered to them including your flight details etc. If you don't have internet connection to check your email while traveling you could end up having no service that you booked at all.

We have looked into your case according to the booking no. 57461. We see that our staffs were trying to get in touch with you to get the information missing. Unfortunately, we did reach you later when it's too late.

Please allow me to offer you a compensation for the service you have missed due to the unfortunate event, next time you book a service with us please contact our staff and refer to this message on Truspilot, we will then grant you the service you didn't receive last time or our sale will find a special discount for you if you don't need the service anymore.

Non-existent service, blaming the customer. Recommend against using this company's services.

I booked 2 services. The first one being reception at BKK and the second one reception at DMK.

The first service was fine and we were sent off to the second airport in the free shuttle.

The second service was non existent. We were supposed to be met at door number 3 and we were not. There were plenty other companies there waiting for their customers to arrive to the airport but nothing for us. We called and spent 10 minutes on the phone, spending around 20€, without being given any help whatsoever, just people speaking Thai in the background so we ended the call.

After asking for refund we were basically told that this was our fault and not theirs. And that we hung up the call and refused to get help.

This is the worst experience with this kind of service that I have ever had. We were in a rush and needed to catch the flight and all we got from First Class Bangkok was additional delays.

Never again.

Thank you for your efforts and usage of time sharing your sadly "experience" at First Class Bangkok. We have through time been notified that there always are two sides of the same case and therefore allow me to reply to you what we already have sent your way through your e-mail at the same day the service actually was executed from our side. These two e-mails are totally unedited as displayed.

Nevertheless, it is always sad when things arranged in forehand not are experienced as expected. We fully understand that and therefore allow me to reply you once again with evident prove that we did deliver as agreed upon but due to circumstances as we guess might had happen on sight from your side - you unfortunately experienced this incidence.

E-mail no 1:

Dear Nuno,

Our dispatcher just informed me that everything went smooth in Suvarnabhumi Airport and that you were escorted to the shuttle bus between the two airports.

However, our airport representatives in DMK that was waiting for you a Entrance door 3 – has not been approach by you as you probably yourself has found your way through the DMK Airport to catch your departure flight.

E-mail no. 2:

Dear Nuno,

Just to have it in perspective and as explained with wording and pictures in the chat going on earlier today – we were present at the entrance door 3.

Furthermore, as displayed in a profound way we have shown how our airport representatives several of times tried to come in contact with you this morning by calling you. Actually one time you pick-up and then hung up again short after. (might been an unconsciously act from your side).

The forwarded pictures shows a call list from the airport representatives that called you three times this morning – all numbers are displayed with what times the calls were made. On top of that, we also forwarded you a copy of the name board that was hold and presented by one of our airport representatives at entrance door 3 – way before you arrived at DMK Airport. Unfortunately no one approached this name board. I believe you at that time were pretty stressed and anxious and therefore didn't saw your nameboard.

Allow me also to state, that it would have been a good idea to have contacted us in this specific case – as we over the last 48 hours + have talked/chatted with one another several times without having problem coming in contact with each other.

Thank you very much.

Last, but not least Nuno, at any time ahead in the future, we would like to serve you again, despite your sharing at TrustPilot, which only bring us extra up on our toes, therefore once again Thank you very much for your contribution, for us to achieve to eliminate the less than 1 % error rate we have.

A repeat happy customer....

We have used this service on three trips to Bangkok. It is always a pleasure to get off the flight and not worry about lines at immigration. Highly recommend their service and staff.
