It's just a great service. The product is delivered quickly and we have never had any problems with the ink cartridges or the ink.

Excellent ink
I have been ordering inks from them for many years now, and they are always reliable. Their products work well, and their customer service is excellent. They are also much more affordable than the original inks for my printer. I would highly recommend using them.

Have always found First Call inks excellent.t…
I had previously purchased a full set of cartridges plus 2 black cartridges. However, when I needed black cartridges I find the extra 2 cartridges could not be recognised. I have, therefore had to purchase 2 sets plus another 2 black cartridges. I only. hope these will be OK or I will have to find another supplier.

They will be recognised and it is probably that you have another ink that has run out in the machine.
You haven’t had a problem before and we only sell the highest quality product that works. It’s possible to get one faulty cartridge but that is just so rare, to have 2 faulty ones means something printer related.
Don’t worry though we will get in touch after the weekend and get your machine behaving. We will make sure you are up and printing perfectly 😊.
