I'm sorry you're unhappy with the service you have received on this occasion. Having looked into this issue, I can see you placed the order shortly before the Easter Weekend, and our staff and engineers were enjoying a well-deserved few days off.
Unfortunately, extinguisher services are not next day due to the logistical challenge, and as such, the local engineer usually calls you to arrange a mutually agreed date and time.
I can see this work should have now been completed and I hope you have been happy with our service since contacting us. However, if you have any further problems, please let us know.
